    Great service! They were fast to make it to my home when I needed them! I don’t know a thing about AC but I felt comfortable when Diego showed up to my door.     Diego helped me out a lot!! My house’s AC went out and with my newborn baby, it was crucial that I get it repaired quickly with this Houston heat. Diego and his crew were able to come THE SAME DAY, instal a new unit and have it up and running for my family and I. Customer service is incredible and reliable!! I will ALWAYS trust this company to do good and fast work. Thank you!!

    I told them what was happening. They brought what they needed to fix the most common issue. They did the fix and everything worked. Within 20 minutes I had my A/C running.You cant really put a price on getting your A/C fixed in Houston. Especially getting it fixed within 24 hours.That said the price was super reasonable!If I ever need this thing repaired, Ill be happy to call Roberto again

    Reliable fixed my A/C for a fraction of the cost the other companies you see on TV every morning. They said my unit needed replaced and Reliable was able to keep my unit going. I had Reliable quote a new one and their pricing was much better. Call Diego when you need a repair or new unit, he will shoot you straight!

    My AC system had a Freon leak and I didn’t know where it was leaking. I was continually having to add Freon to the system. Reliable AC was very responsive in coming out to diagnose the problem and found the leak was in the evaporator coil. They ordered the part and replaced it with no issues. The system is working fine now and cooling the house.I am very satisfied.Recently had problems with the heater on my second unit. Maria, from Reliable AC, diagnosed the issues and was able to order replacement parts to fix the problem through several visits. She saved us a considerable amount of money by replacing parts versus a simple purchase of a new furnace. She has excellent customer service skills as she explains the entire process to her customers.

    Great professional! Service!I had a issue with my A/C unitBlowing hot air !The technician said my Condenser capacitor went out!In 45 minutes he diagnosed it it and fixed it!Bam cold A/CHe checked everything. Cleaned my air handler coils and replaced my A/C filter! Five star service!
