I placed a call to Rek-Tek after 8 a.m. on a Monday morning. The technician had arrived and repaired 2 of our church units by 11 a.m. I was so impressed by the timeliness and efficiency that it reminded me why we have used Rek-Tek over the years. Marshall was great! We have more work to be done and we plan to call them again. Thanks Rek-Tek!

Will and his team are awesome! We were referred to him by neighbors who boasted of their response time and professionalism. I have a little cabin by the lake which isn’t the most convenient location to service. I had requested a quote to install mini splits which he provided and was a competitive quote. Unfortunately, “Co-vid” kept my units on a ship or somewhere for 6 months. Will kept me up to date and at times seemed more frustrated than me. He even offered a refund without me asking. Keep in mind I was more concerned of good service based on referral. So we continued to wait. They finally came in and Will quickly installed them. Little did we know that we also had an underlying problem with over voltage in our cabin. This was an Oncor issue….. however Will and his team worked with them and got it sorted out. I am extremely happy we waited the 6 months! Thanks Will and team for your diligence and professionalism.

Call on a Monday morning, they were at my house by noon. The Technician, Reed was professional, polite, and friendly. He accessed the problem and fixed my unit within an hour. I got billed for services via email. Got charged a fair price for services. Will definitely use Rek-Tek again and recommended them to family and friends 👍

My AC went out. I called this company and they were out at my house within an hour. It was two young men. Very polite and very professional . They were here for about an hour. Fixed the problem. I will recommend this company to anyone living near Cisco and Eastland Texas. Thank you so much.
