    These guys are fast, efficient, professional and on time ! I was looking on Google and these wonderful guys popped up I called them thinking the restaurant would flood before I they even arrived. That’s absolutely not what happened they took one look weren’t in the building not even 5 minutes and knew what the problem was and fixed it asap customers were not getting soaked or trickled on anymore and I was happy I’m still boasting about them employees are happy as well they couldn’t believe how fast they were!     Andrew was our technician. He came out we established we needed a new unit. After it got installed there was a setting that was programmed wrong. Andrew came out at 6 PM on a Friday night stayed till the issue was corrected several hours later making sure everything was completely right. He went above and beyond. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable. Everyone we dealt with through this process was helpful and would recommend using them for your needs.

    We are very pleased with Reese air. Everything was very straight forward and honest . Matt and the crew worked hard for over 12 hours straight getting our new unit installed.     Best home service weve ever used. Reese Air services has had the best customer experience and trust-worthiness of any home services company weve ever used. Reese was the first to diagnose an issue in our attic after two home warranty companies had spent thousands of dollars on freon in our system. Reese has continued to be my go-to for all AC/Heating problems and we continue to refer all friends and family to them.

    I was using a different HVAC company to service the (2) units on my property for the past few years. On the last visit, they informed me the drain pan on the smaller unit wasnt draining properly and it would be a very expensive fix. I had Reese Air come out to give me a quote. Their price was much better than the other company and it included sensors to warn me if there was ever a problem with the drains in the future. They were able to make the repair that day. The gentlemen who came to do the work were very efficient, took the time to explain what was going on, broke down the cost for me. I was very appreciative of their professionalism. Will be using them in the future!

    Tony & Jeff came out on a Saturday morning on time and very quickly found the problem. Unfortunately I had a 15 year old unit that was well past its prime with a burned up compressor. They sold me a complete new unit with a 10 year warranty. The best part was they replaced it that day. Jeff and his crew were very very fast and protected our floor. Less than 4 hrs later I had cool air. We could not be happier. Thank you guys. You have a customer for life.

    Big thank you to all of those who reached out and tried to help us with our AC. We are so thankful for Tony with Reese Air Services. After having a couple technicians come to our home from different companies and let us know that the compressor was bad, Tony took the time to actually go through the system and figure out what the issue was.  He was able to get our unit up and running and save us thousands of dollars. If you, your friends, or family are looking for an AC guy Tony is your man. Our repairs went from $2500 with the other 2 companies to just $49 with Reese Air Services. We did however opt into the yearly maintenance plan so Tony can insure our system will last as long as it can !!! Thank you again Tony …. You the man!!!!

    Five Stars for both Reece Air, their office staff, and their tech Mike Youngblood (love the name). To share how happy I am with Resse Air and why I give them 5 stars, I need to share my experience with my first choice for my Air Conditioner that had quit working. I will give a short version and a long version.Short Version:1st company I called wanted to charge me between $3700 to $4500 to replace my compressor which they claimed was bad and search for a leak and then fix leak if it existed. While talking to the tech, I head the compressor come on to which he claimed it was still bad because it wouldnt take freon.I then called Reese Air Service because i didnt believe the compressor was bad dispite what the first company claimed. Mike Youngblood showed up and said compressor was good. His diagnostic showed the TXV was bad. Once part arrived he came out and fixed the unit in a couple of hours. Total price after first and second visit was $889 !Thanks Mike and Reese Air for saving me between $2900 and $3400 on the repair of my AC!.Long Version:I called an AC company located in Forney that posted nice Ads on Facebook. The ads made them seem like a good company. They sent out one of their techs who seemed like a nice fellow. He hooked up guages to my unit and changed out the capacitor (i believe it is called). He then tells me my freon is low and my compressor is bad and it will be $3700 to replace. He also tells me I have a freon leak and he will need to have a different tech come out and check that. It will be an additional $250 plus whatever it cost to fix the leak. (he is basing this leak on a green discoloration on the COPPER pipe). I inform him this should be under warranty since we have only been living at the house for 4 years and I have documentation to show it was a new build and when we moved in. Units had a 2017 date on them but house build completion date was August of 2019. While we are talking next to the unit....The Compressor Kicks On ! I ask him, Wasnt that the compressor to which he responds, yep, sounds like its trying to come on. He then tries to add freon. He turns the valve on his tank on for 3 or 4 seconds. He does this three times and then claims the unit will not take the freon so the compressor is locked up and it needs to be replaced. He leaves and said he will call the Manufactuer and see if they will accept the units under the move in date for the warranty which would lower the replacement cost to $1900. All of this seemed wrong!The next morning he calls me up and claims the manufacturer will not honor the warranty and he has a few options we can discuss. I informed him I would get back to him after I made a few calls.I called the manufacturer directly and explained the date on the units and that I had a Certificate of Occupancy from the city showing my completion date of 2019. They said no problem, we can look that up themselves since it is public record. We created a registration for the units effective 8/24/19 with the warranty running through next year.I call the company back and had them have the owner give me a call. I inform him the warranty is good even though his tech told me it wasnt and of my concerns about the condition of the compressor. He acts as if there must have just been a misunderstanding in the warranty info his tech received and also tells me the tech is an electrician by trade and just learning to be an AC tech. If i want, he will send someone out with more experience. I told him no thank you, I had been soured by the experince and will look elsewhere.I then called Reese. Mike came out, checked the freon, checked the system for leaks but at the condenser and the Air handler and found none. Determined the TXV was bad. $89 service call. Told me $800 to $1200 to fix depending on how much freon he had to put in the system after repair but he would try to limit lost freon. He came back out this morning once part arrived. Fixed my system, Freon was fine, total cost $800!Thanks again for the repair and honesty.

    My AC leaked out on the 4th of July, they came out on the 6th and refilled with refrigerant. Unfortunately it leaked out again the following week. I immediately reached out and they put me on the schedule same day to come back out and assess. There was a different technician by the name of Caleb who was amazing, professional and very helpful!! He listened and immediately found the problem!! Called the supervisor and he showed up with the part, apologized for the inconvenience and acknowledged the mistake from the previous week(different technician) and me and my growing baby have been very cool and very PLEASED and GRATEFUL for the efficient, sense of urgency service that was provided!!!     Off and on I see people looking for good,reliable and honest AC companies. This one was referred to me by a sub that I hire frequently. At first I thought, oh my God theyre so far away they wont want to come to Krum. Well I was wrong. Tony and Joseph are fantastic, they are the owners and they come to every job they install. We decided this year would be a good year to change out our whole unit since we still had the builder grade on our house in Krum. Just 5 minutes ago I went into the backyard to see how everything was. And the backyard I found to installers the two owners of the company and the York representative. Turns out the unit that I purchased it was a new unit that its going to be used in houses. Its an 18 seer with all kinds of state of the art functions.. Thats all the technical stuff but what impressed me the most was their customer service. They walked me through an industry I know nothing about and kept me in the loop every step of the way. In my line of work customer service is imperative so I was kind of rough with them at first. But they showed me exactly how a job needs to be handled. Both in professionalism ,contact and installation.And on top of that I got a great deal. So needless to say I recommend these guys highly. And yes they will drive to Krum from Kaufman to talk to you about any issue you may be having. Sometimes you have to go outside of a local to get a better deal.
