BOOK THIS COMPANY! This is a family owned and operated business that runs off of integrity, quality and timely repairs. Elton was extremely knowledgable and took the time to explain all the different options we had for repair. His work was flawless and the pricing was more than fair. There were no hidden agendas or added charges and the quality of his work spoke for itself. Anna runs the logistics of the company and does an amazing job setting up and managing appointments. There are no large wait windows and the company even provides real-time tracking/updates for when the technician is going to arrive. I cant say enough good things about this experience. If there is anything going on with our HVAC systems in the future, this company will be our only call!

I can’t recommend Elton enough! After our AC failed during the brutal heat, we were left scrambling to find someone to help. Elton showed up within two hours of a last minute request and managed to solve a problem that two other companies couldn’t solve. Our AC was back up and running. He’s super knowledgeable, super professional and so, so kind. This is the only company I will call from now.

Everyone was great ! The office was super nice and they sent Elton out to the properties I manage, who came out as fast as he could on a Friday night. Every diagnostic is precise and nothing is done that is not needed. The work is performed quickly but not in a hurry. And the price for 5-star service is wonderful. A human life is (if one is lucky) an 80 year stretch of time split into 29,219 days characterized by discrete moments of experience. Today seemed fairly typical, a string of ordinary successes and setbacks. However there are days which contain moments so perfect, so purely Good, that they are soured only by a recognition of their own rarity. My experience with Redhome was one such moment.I came home this Friday evening to a 92-degree house. After troubleshooting the AC on my own, I admitted defeat at 8:00 pm and called Redhome. To my surprise, Anna answered on the first ring. She deduced more about my AC hardware from my address than I have learned after 2 years of living here, and not only that, she scheduled a repairman to come fix it TONIGHT. Elton arrived at my place within 30 minutes of my call, immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a spare part on the spot. It’s been less than 2 hours since I realized my AC was broken and my house is now freezing. How and why this HVAC repair company has faster response times, better phone receptionists and more effective solutions than official 911 emergency services defies the rational mind, but dear reader, I attest that it is true.I don’t remember how much the repairs cost. I’m sure it was reasonable, but ultimately I don’t care. I think this is the best possible experience one could have with any repair company in any universe remotely similar to our own, the Optimum Repair Experience if you will, and you can’t put a price on perfection. I will now use the time I would have spent hopelessly fiddling with my HVAC system to make peace with the fact that every other repair experience yet awaiting me in my remaining ≈20,000 days will fall short of the one that I had tonight.Redhome is awesome plz use them ~~chefs kiss~~ 🤌P.S. We had a great experience with Redhome from beginning to end. Called on a Saturday night at 9pm and Elton was here right on time at 9am on Sunday (and it was Fathers Day). He diagnosed the problem on our AC unit and control panel, explained in detail and helped us way beyond what most people would do. We appreciate his honesty and thoroughness. Can’t recommend him enough!

I had learned that my A/C wasn’t cooling the house late on a Saturday and tried calling around to find someone who could come out same night since it was so unbearably hot inside. RedHome was the only one I could find. They were able to figure out what the main problem was within about 5 minutes and were in and out within 1.5 hours total. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I have never wrote a review until now. I cant tell you how much RedHome saved me. Here is the story. I have a family of 5. When we came home this past Thursday the house was extremely warm. I called my home warranty, they put me in touch with their vendor. I could not wait that long because the house was 90 degrees inside, in between I called RedHome that I found on google search. Elton from RedHome came out determined the problem and got cold air throughout the house. He did say I needed some units because my others are causing problems due to age and needed to be replaced. In the meantime he suggested I should use my home warranty because perhaps they would pay for some of the expense. This is where the honesty comes into play. My home warrantys vendor comes over one day after RedHome. With my air condition now working the vendor charges me 400 dollars to do a bunch of tests, tells me he will write a report up but needs new furnaces and coils and then for some reason disconnects my AC. That evening we noticed the house was hot again so I called on mother day, Sunday RedHome, Elton who fixed my problem before.How about this. Elton from RedHome comes back over to the house and finds a disconnection and does not charge me anything. APPARENTY my home warranty vendor disconnected for some reason. I will for sure recommend RedHome to everyone. In the meantime I cant wait to talk to my home warranties vendor on Monday morning. RedHome is the best!

Thats just how it goes when youre a renter.So I am just extremely grateful that Redhome went the extra mile to figure out the source of the problem, not just clear a line to get it running.
