The Technician (Mr. Mario Falcon) that came out was very professional and did a wonderful job. He was able to pinpoint and locate the issues we were having within minutes. He answered all questions that I had to the best of his ability and gave additional tips and pointers to help identify anything in the future. After a full assessment, the bill was a bit steep, but I believe he was able to provide an estimate to properly match the work needed to be done. Overall positive experience and I would recommend this company.

I highly recommend this company! Mitchell arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of my heating system. He answered all the questions I had and put together a plan for better air distribution in my home (older home, hodgepodge ductwork) so the rooms would be evenly heated& cooled. He found a small part that needed replacing and was able to fix it while here. Professional and easy to work with.-UPDATE- I had all the old ductwork and vents replaced with new and more insulation added. Cody and Michael and one other I can’t remember his name, did the install. These guys did a fantastic job and did it right-I couldn’t be happier! My house is much more efficient and I could tell the difference in air quality immediately.

Quality was one of three bids I received. They explained all my options in detail and helped me make my best choice in a system that best suited my needs. I like the fact they have monthly preventative maintenance programs as an option. They set the installment date shortly after and sent very qualified technicians to install the system. The installment went as scheduled. The techs were careful during installation and laid down floor protectors to protect my floors. These guys were GREAT!!! I’m very impressed with the system they installed.

The price of a new system was competitive and the warranty substantial.

Our old system needed repairs and when asked to provide an option for a complete overhaul, their bid was quite reasonable.Eric Z, the main technician, has demonstrated a high level of professionalism both in his knowledge and experience in this field, as well as an outstanding ability to communicate with us. He and his assistant have both been courteous and thorough in every way in the installation of our new AC/Heating system.

Justin has been out here before and he is great to work with, up front and honest too. We needed our regular scheduled maintenance. There were no issues and he went through a pretty long checklist of items. He took his time to make sure it was done right. I highly recommend signing up for a maintenance schedule because if there is an issue you get 30% off.

Adam arrived as scheduled and was pleasant and professional at the get-go. Began discussion with questions, which preempted those my Bride and I were going to ask. Right sized a unit for our home and went over installation process so we would know what to expect. Would I recommend Quality Cooling and Heating, based on our interaction with Adam. A qualified YES. We thought we were having cooling issues a few weeks ago, but we were able to turn off the unit and get it to work. This was a Friday evening and I called 3 a/c companies, Quality was the only who called back and very quickly. Set up an appointment for the following week for a system check, the office staff was very helpful in scheduling an appointment that would work with our schedule. James came out to do our service call and explained everything he found that needed to be addressed, was pleasant and did a great job

They sat down with us and actually showed us a cheaper way to do what we wanted and needed for our home. That isn’t something you find too many times with large projects like this. Installers were great and took time to explain things each step of the way. Overall, this the best company to use for your heating and cooling in Abilene.

Quality cooling and Heating replaced my AC unit about a year ago i was very pleased with work they done.My AC stopped working yesterday ,called them and they sent technician he fixed very quick drain line was clogged from debris, he vacuumed and flushed line now my AC works again ! Monday, 18 November 2024Cheryl from the office called me 8:19 a.m., saying they had a cancellation and asked if they would like to move up my 10:00 a.m. appointment. I said yes and she said technician Bill Hall will be here within the next 30 minutes.In a few minutes, I received a text with the Bill’s photo. Shortly, Bill arrived and began work right away on my unit and the vents. He throughly told me what was going to be worked on.Bill finished the work and cleaned up the area. As the Quality technicians always do, Bill explained in layman’s terms, how my unit is and gave sound, solid feedback on all my questions— most importantly, when I need to replace my 14 year old system.Quality, ALWAYS performing its work as it name reads.As a nearly 14 year customer of Quality, I WILL CONTINUE rate them with 10-Stars!HIGHLY RECOMMEND Abilenians chose them for their Heating and A/C services.

Quality C. & H. have ALWAYS been a great team! Anytime a service was needed (a rarity), whoever was sent out to us was very courteous & made sure we knew what was done & if the need be, to explain anything in detail.Today, we were blessed to have Mitchell M. come & do our yearly check forour unit. Mitchell was really nice & helpful in explaining things, such as a add on to our unit. It was totally optional & absolutely NO pressure, but after Mitchell fully explained all of our concerns & questions, we went with the add on. GREAT JOB MITCHELL! Quality C.& H. has never put pressure on us about anything! If you need a unit, new or replacement, YOU will be the one to make any decisions! There really is NO pressure! They really are great to work with! NO complaints here!!

I called at 8:00 PM on a Saturday night of Father’s Day weekend because the pan under the AC unit in the attic was stopped up. David was at my house within 30 minutes. He promptly located the problem and repaired it. We enjoyed cool air for Father’s Day thanks to David repairing the AC unit.

Customer service like this is rare these days. Quality Cooling & Heating is fantastic.Cheryl took my request. She was great on the phone and in text. She got me lined out and followed my progress at every step. She was terrific.Mitchell, their service tech, was professional, polite, helpful, resourceful, neat, attentive, thorough and highly knowledgeable. I couldnt ask for more from anyone.This is a very well run company that knows how to satisfy their customers. No surprises and no pressure. And prices are very fair.I just wanted everyone here to know of my deep satisfaction.Quality C&H is going to keep me a lifelong client.
