    Thursday evening as I arrived home I noticed it was warmer than usual but just assumed this little depth of Hell, also known as Texas Summer, had my unit worn out and unable to keep up with the rings of fire the rising temps brought that day. A sleepless night, with every fan I own aimed directly at me, left me realizing everything my church-going childhood had taught about the misery was true!!I called Quality Air Care that morning hoping they would have the ability to get me in at some point during the weekend. Thankfully, the phone was answered before I died of heat stroke and to my surprise I was given a service call appointment for 12:30 that SAME DAY!!!! As I was trying to breathe and find my way out of the sauna that I was sitting in so I could go seek cooler temps at a local coffee shop, I got a call from Steve who informed me he was running AHEAD OF SCHEDULE and asked if I would be able to meet him at 10:30, instead of the previously scheduled time. HALLELUJAH!!! My prayers were being answered!! I agreed and was surprised he arrived a few minutes before the new appointment time.Steve was able to use his wealth of knowledge to quickly identify the problem as being a malfunctioning thermostat and a worn out motor. He had all of the parts he needed in his van and worked his God given talents to bring the arctic temperatures back to the place I was sure had become an eternal fire pit!!He completed the job, processed my credit card payment, and was back in his chariot of glory on to save the next miserable soul before noon!! And, the best part, he was more than reasonably priced and honest about what was needed. He even pointed out I was using a type of air filter that would cause my unit to run less efficiently than it was designed to do!! Talk about a knight in shining armor!!Thank you Steve for saving me from the devil’s fiery festivities!!I highly recommend Steve and Quality Air Care!

    Steve and Sarah came to our rescue on a Sunday afternoon when our upstairs system stopped cooling. It was too hot up there for the kids to sleep or my husband to work from his home office.Steve and Sarah quickly came out (within an hour or two of our call) and figured out what was broken. Steve then gave us several options and helped us decide what repairs would be best for our system.After the repairs were made, they double checked to make sure the system was working properly. We are now cool and comfortable.They are a great team and offer wonderful value and service! I would 10/10 recommend them!

    Steve is the absolute best! Mom’s a/c went out, dad is bedridden on hospice, they needed it fixed asap! I called Steve at 7am, told him the situation, he was there by 730a n had it running by 8am. Highly recommend him for all hvac needs!

    Steve was great! Not only did he come to my house to check my unit to make sure it was ready for the summer, but he showed me all of the parts that were working well and ones that will need attention down the road. Steve gave me great pointers as to keeping the unit running well, the best filters to use and how to take care of the outside unit...I would highly recommend Steve/Quality Air for all of your heating/air needs, as he is the only one I plan to have care for mine.

    Service was fantastic! I left a voicemail at 7:15am received a call back before 8:30. Steve was at my house by noon and had the problem diagnosed. The Quality Air team worked diligently all afternoon to replace our unit. My family appreciates the nice cool house. Thank you for your hard work.

    Steve has been out to my house for various needs several times. He always arrives on time and tries his best to get to you quickly. I like that he zeroes in on the most economical way of fixing a problem but also offers honest advice without a ‘hard sell’ approach.Steve went out of his way last season to make sure a mechanical warranty was honored on a system installed by another service. I didn’t even know it was under warranty! I recommend Steve!

    Outstanding, professional service. Steve and his crew were in and out in one day. Great care taken protect our floors and furniture while they worked. Hopefully, we wont need another A/C system for 10-12 years but, when we do, Quality Air Care will get the call.

    I called Steve today at 3:40, Saturday, June 8 to describe a problem I thought I might be having with my air conditioner. After talking to him, we both agreed it needed to be checked. To my surprise, he said he would come today. He and Sarah were here within the hour. This was the first time I have used Steve, and I must say I was extremely impressed. He was very thorough in examining my inside unit and outside unit. He explained things I had never been told before about my inside unit. I learned quite a bit from him. He and is wife were very friendly and answered any questions that I had. His price was reasonable as well. I will be using Steve again if the need arises.     I almost never give 5 stars. To me 5 stars is perfection and there is no room for improvement. In this case I could not have asked for better service.I called Steve on a Saturday afternoon having never had any dealings with him. I explained that our air conditioner went out the night before and we had been stood up by the guy who said he would come that morning.Without hesitation Steve said, No problem, Ill be there in 5 minutes. Whats your address? Within a few minutes he was there. I asked about prices he answered and explained he doesnt charge extra for weekends. He came out looked at our unit and within 5 or 10 minutes had determined the problem. He fixed the problem checked the pressure and was able to determine the system was operational and sound. He gave the rest of the system a look over and suggested a few things that would help improve overall reliability and was done inside 30 minutes.Not once did he try to upsell me or gouge us, which he could easily have under the circumstances. From start to finish he was open, courteous and respectful.I feel the value for the dollar was incredible. It is refreshing to find a businessman who runs an operation with such a high level of integrity.I highly recommend him as the first call for air conditioning needs.For my sake hes the only air conditioning operation in the area. They have set the bar high.

    Quality Air Care is absolutely amazing! We had some landscapers accidentally cut some wires and it’s the hottest time of the year. I called late that night and they were here first thing in the morning to get our A/C up and running. The professional experience they have, allowed them to get everything diagnosed in just minutes and then repair everything necessary, very quickly. They were able to get me up and running in no time. They also gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision.     Steve answered on the first ring. Was at my house in less than 30mins. Diagnosed and fixed problem in 10 mins. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Tested a few more components while here. I didn’t know what to expect when handed the bill and was shocked that it was far less than what I was dreading. I even questioned if it was right. Couldn’t be happier with service and experience.     Recommended by my neighbor which Im grateful to. They were at my house at no time last August when my A/C broke. Replaced the fan motor on the outside unit in a jiffy at reasonable price. I called them again to service my central gas heating before I can safely use it during colder days. He was very detailed and took his time to explain to me about the problems with my heater. (The other heating service didnt do me right in past unfortunately) All the problems were quickly remedied with correct part and thorough cleaning. I highly recommend them.
