I needed a new HVAC unit. Mine was 20 years old. My co-worker mentioned that she knew a HVAC contractor. His name was Michael and he was the owner of Putman Services LLC. I decided to give him a call and was glad I did. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. He also gave me several options and explained the differences instead of pushing one particular brand. I believe his pricing to be fair compared to several other quotes I had gotten. The Installers came out and were punctual and cleaned up after they were done. What I was impressed with most, was that Michael came out to help and oversee the job. I believe this company to be very knowledgeable, conscientious, and honest with the work that they do. I would highly recommend Putman Services.

Putman services was very helpful. We had a property out of town that needed a new AC. They worked with us and our tenant’s schedule to make the repair and make it work right for everyone.

Putman Services was a dream to work with! Michael installed a brand new unit at my moms house, for an incredibly reasonable price. Not only was he on time, but he made special trip after hours so that my mom would not be without AC in the middle of August. I was so pleased I hired him to do a new unit at my house as well and was equally as pleased. I will call Putman Services for all my AC needs. The customer service provided cannot be beat

I’ve had Putman Services out a few times. They were referred to me by a friend. Very impressed with their knowledge, ability to react when needed, how down to earth and straight forward they are about the situations they have encountered. I wish more companies worked like this. I’ve met the owner and can tell that the work done there stems from his positive outlook on dealing with customers correctly. Great experiences, thank you.

Putman Service is an excellent A/C service and repair company. When I called them on a Saturday, they were book up for the day. However he still made time to visit my family to get the A/C running. He is very professional and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. He is very patient and explained exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix the unit. I called them as a second opinion. The first company said, over the phone, that I needed a whole new unit. Their quote was over $5000. When Mr. Putman arrived, he perform a few tests and said that it would only need a few parts. He had the unit repaired and working in about an hour. Very honest company, they are my new go to A/C company!

Could not have asked for a better experience! In the Texas heat- no one wants a gap in their AC usage in the throws of summer! Michael and team were able to get me a new unit and have it up and running quickly! Extremely professional, clean, and fast. Id recommend Putman Services to anyone needing AC services!

This company was contracted to come out by my landlord. I believe the gentleman’s name was Michael (younger, slender white guy). He was fantastic. He was able to accurately diagnose the problem with my a/c unit (Freon leak), and ordered the new part to fix it. He also performed a chemical wash on my exterior unit, because it was clogged with some dirt and leaves. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I plan to use this company when I purchase my own home in the near future.

Exceptional to work with. Michael was contracted through my landlord to fix my HVAC.They troubleshot the system, found the fault, fixed it to the point where I would have heat again with the understanding that Michael would have to come back, after getting approval by my Landlord, to exchange a major component of the system which happened within 36 hrs.Michael is a great guy to work with. Very friendly, informative, on time and efficient. Thank You !

Michael and Ian are hardworking and honest, making sure that the completed work has met our expectations.
