    Short version: friendly, fast, and fairly priced.Long version: At the end of February, my wife and I decided to replace our 19-year-old HVAC system. I think it overheard us, because it quit cooling a few days later. My wife teaches, and 3 of her teammates recommended Matt and Pure Aire. I left a voicemail, and he called back in 10 minutes. He was able to visit the next afternoon. We looked at things here and went over options, with him explaining them and answering questions thoroughly.I talked with my wife, and that evening I got back with Matt to accept one of the options. They were able to install the system (AC and gas furnace) just two days later! The install guys were great, including being careful around other things in the attic and cleaning up. Matt came back at the end of the day to check in with me. Hes also followed up with registering the warranty, with an itemized invoice that I need for a rebate, and even checking in after three weeks to see how its doing.I had researched costs by talking with friends who had systems replaced recently and checking what local people online said they had paid, taking into account square footage and AC tonnage. The options Matt presented lined up with what Id seen. Overall it was an excellent experience.

    I called Matt early Monday am. He responded very quickly as usual. My A/C was not working at all. He figured out the problem right away, ordered a new UNIT which he installed first thing Tuesday morning. However, the problem was also upstairs with the coil. That had to be ordered also. He searched and found what he need in Sequin. He picked it up Wed. morning and he and his crew installed that and finally the entire setup was working perfectly. The coil had blown out my outside compressor because the coil upstairs was in very bad shape. Matt goes out of his way to make sure his customers are well taken care of. I highly recommend him for A/C and heating repairs as well as season checkups. Thank you for all you and your crews hard work and dedication!!!!Kathy McNamara

    Matt (owner) and his Pure Aire HVAC crew are extremely professional, knowledgeable (meaning they know what they are doing, what to look for, know what questions to ask), and their pricing is very reasonable. They installed a new unit this week, and set very good expectations on what needed to be done, when they would get here, and what we should expect once they were done.Its hard finding the right companies, especially with rehauling or replacing an HVAC system, but Matt and his team are very experienced and very hard workers. Id recommend them over any of these big companies that are just trying to sell you on a solution before actually knowing what is really needed.

    Our Google account is under my husbands name, but I (Judith) am the one who oversaw the installation of our new AC and heater by Pure Aire this week. From the initial evaluation, through the proposal/bid, to the installation and follow-up, owner Matt was knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient. He is always available to answer questions and does what he promises. The actual installation was completed in about 6 hours. Matt came out at the beginning of the job and at the end to assure that it was all done properly. I was nervous making a decision on such a large purchase, but Im glad I chose Pure Aire HVAC!

    I love this company. I have been using Pure Aire for several years now. I bought my house in 2019 and it was only six years old, but I have had to have a part repaired in my HVAC system at least twice a year since I bought the house, not including the bi-yearly service. The home warranty company sent clueless technicians over and after calling about 5 different companies and getting quotes I finally found Pure Aire. Matt has been awesome and not only is he fast to respond he has come in way cheaper than other companies. I have also had other companies quote me items I did not need. I highly recommend using Pure Aire!

    They came by to do my semiannual checkup on my hvac. They are always on time, do a great job and Matt is always available if there is an issue. I wouldn’t trust my two systems to anyone else.

    As usual, Pure Aire was extremely responsive to my service call! Came home from vacation at 9 PM and discovered an issue. 9:30 the next morning it was fixed. We have two units and the starting capacitor for the compressors one one of the units (the cap. that comes as-delivered from the factory) dont seem to be holding up over time. They are replaced by a more robust capacitor that Pure Aire carries with them in their service vehicles. All done at no charge under warranty. Bonus, the new cap. comes with a 5 year warranty. Thanks a lot Matthew King and company!
