Jacob Armstrong was the professional sent to diagnose what I thought was one leak and give me an estimate for the repair. He quickly found that leak and other plumbing problems that required extensive work to be done. The way he presented the problems and solutions with compassion and sincerity made me feel I had made the right choice in companies. He and his helpers got the job done in spite of all of my old home hazards and with most of the work done in freezing weather. The guys arrived on time, ready to work. I was very pleased at the length of downtime I had for such major repairs. I want to thank Jacob. He took the time to explain everything and offered suggestions and alternatives to help me. All of the employees I dealt with (plumbers as well as office staff) were always kind, helpful, and respectful. I highly recommend Public Service Plumbers & AC and especially recommend Jacob.

Jacob came out on time and assessed my water heater issue. He showed me how the elements were completely burned up and he replaced the thermostat. PSP were not cheap but they are very professional and they are willing to finance, if necessary. Trust me on this, you get what you pay for so make sure youre dealing with the real deal. I will use Public Service Plumbers again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Taylor was absolutely exceptional in helping us with a leak following the most recent freeze. We were super anxious having gone through a major freeze/leak following Snowmageddon 2021. He arrived on time, was professional and very reassuring. Taylor quickly identified the problem, determined a solution, as well as possible alternative possibilities and provided us with detailed cost estimate before starting the work. He patiently explained what was needed, as well as preventive measures for future occurrences.Taylor efficiently completed the necessary work and kept us informed as the work progressed. When done, his estimate was right on the money! AND he indicated that he and his company stand behind the work , such that if ANY problems occur, they are available to immediately address them.When Taylor was finished, I felt confident in the work he did and will absolutely use him and PSP Plumbing for future plumbing needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and the company.

Kyle and Nate came to the rescue on short notice at the end of a work day! Our system was backing up- and they quickly diagnosed the problem and used a camera to confirm the sewer line status. Would not have thought of condensate build up- but there it was. They worked well together and restored our service. Nate and Kyle were very good at explaining what they were doing and my options. Very professional! They could have put off the cleaning of the line until another day- but kindly stayed and performed the work so we could use all our plumbing without worry. We appreciated them staying and helping us. Would recommend this team!

Troy Curtis from Public Service Plumbers was outstanding. He has years of experience and was able to figure out why we were not getting hot water after getting 3 new water heaters from Public Service in 2024. Several plumbers have come out and we paid a service fee each time, but Troy was the only one who figured it out.

Public Service dispatch was friendly and got someone out to look at multiple issues the same day no problem. Clint was as personable and professional as they come. Explained what he was looking for and why, then gave me options and costs before doing anything that would be expensive. I highly recommend this outfit and Clint was outstanding, even my dogs loved him. I had my HVAC maintenance and repair happening at the same time and together they figured out both systems (water heater and furnace) were malfunctioning due to a single drainage issue. It was remarkable to see both act so professionally to not step on each other’s toes and actually act well as a team despite working for different companies and on different home systems. Very refreshing experience all around. I will be using this company regularly going forward for both maintenance and to service any breakdowns.

Nate and Taylor were very knowledgeable and very helpful with explaining and answering questions relating to plumbing issues. Loved the communication and the service! They definitely tackled one of the blockage issues we had and were accommodating with various options for solutions to other plumbing issues needing to be addressed. Along with the servicing they provided a camera view of our pipeline and was able to address root issues we were having. I will add that the services were really pricey, not sure if we would go with their services again.

Ive had a few interactions with Public Service Plumbers - but so far, everything has been great.I reached back out to them after an excellent customer service experience when I had an issue back in July 2024. Now, for my new issue, they sent the same technician, Clint Partlow, who was great! Given some other water damage, they even connected me to another contractor, and so far, everything has been good!Clint worked hard and quickly and kept me in the loop through it all. I loved their work so much that I opted to become a member, and it was a good thing, too, because I needed my HVAC serviced and for a general inspection.Rudy Ramirez was great. He came quickly and worked well. Even when I didnt know the ins and outs, he walked me through everything, and I appreciated that extra care.Because of my membership, I also got a plumbing inspection scheduled.All in all, Im sad that I need to get this much stuff done, but I am grateful there is a local company that works well and has fantastic customer service!

Clint was terrific. We had a toilet that was making excessive noise when flushed. Unfortunately, we called another plumbing company first. They charged us $1000 and left us with a badly leaking and unusable toilet, damaging our hardwood floors. They said the toilet was irreparable. Clint visited twice, completely fixed our toilet back to like-new, and charged us less than half of what the other company charged. Were very pleased customers of Public Service Plumbers, and will use them exclusively from now on.

He advised me that he would come back to resolve this issue or request that some other technical person come out. He stated that after they unblock the pipes, the water standing in the bathtub will go out. He reassured me that the issue would be resolved.I was very happy with Mr Jason and the work accomplished. We had some drainage issues at our house, and after Public Service Plumbers cleared the issue, they recommended that Nate come out to camera our drain pipes and ensure there werent any structural issues with our cast iron. Nate was very friendly. He did a great job walking us through the process, explaining how cast iron ages, and providing solutions to prolong the useful life of our cast iron pipes. My upstairs thermostat lost power overnight the day before Memorial Day. I called Public Service Plumbers and they were able to immediately send Noel out to my house on the holiday. After my AC unit stopped cooling, I called Public Service Plumbers. Their HVAC technician, Noel, was very knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed my issue and gave me different solutions to fix the issue, each of which were very fairly priced. The next day, Noel and his team installed a new 5-ton furnace in my attic. I’m very pleased with the service I received and will continue to use Public Service Plumbers for my plumbing and HVAC needs.

I call public Plumbing to have a plumber come out and check my hot and cold water connection to my washing machine. Clint was the plumber who came out to do the job. He was very kind and compassionate and personal and was interested in answering all the questions that I had. Aaron was absolutely amazing. I called just for a 2nd opinion and he provided the nost comprehensive service. Water heater busted and its in a weird space. We brainstormed best options and he helped me price it out based on whats best for my needs.Hes coming to replace the waterheater today now.
