    I had a recirculation pump at water heater installed and a crossover valve at a sink further away from it in the main bath. I should have had it done sooner as the pipes aren’t insulated enough so hot water took 2+ minutes to get there on cold days. Chad was great at detailing the work that was going to be done and how it worked. He also got my pressure back on the faucet that needed cleaned which was a nice gesture that I did appreciate!

    Excellent experience with Proven Plumbing. One of my two 50 Gallon water heaters started leaking and they were able to bypass it to keep me up and running on one over the weekend so that we could replace both on Monday with a large Navien NVE-240A2 Tankless Water heater. Great team, very polite and kept me informed as they did the conversion from my two regular water heaters to the new tankless. Joe was great both handling the bypass and then the install on Monday with his team. Highly recommend Proven Plumbing!

    Cory was awesome. He and his helper arrived within 40 minutes of us calling. We had a fused on water hose to the hot water side of our LG washer. It needed to be replaced for the new washer coming the next day. It finally needed the whole brass shut off valve replaced. It was all finished within an hour and they charged a very reasonable fee, considering it was a semi-emergency. Will hire for all my plumbing issues going forward. Thanks again for your courteous and expedient service.

    Unbelievable. It’s hard to believe that a business can have over 2000 reviews, and hold a five star rating. Until you work with Proven. Then you understand quickly why it’s true. They spent more time than I expected, charged less than they estimated, and the work was done well. They even called a day later to make sure that our services were still working. They fixed our central heating unit during a cold snap. And we could not be happier with the work they did and the company that they are. I wish they did everything because I’d never work with anyone else.

    We had a faucet issue in the kitchen sink. Based on prior reviews, I contacted Proven Plumbing. Appointment was confirmed within 24 hours, next day service.     I had a great experience with Proven Plumbing. I needed a plumber. My water bill was high and I noticed a green area in my grass near the water main. Proven Plumbing was recommended by a friend. I called for an appointment and a plumber came within a couple of hours to give me an estimate to fix an underground water leak. The estimate was fair so I hired Proven Plumbing. I was able to set an appointment as soon a I was available. They came on time and, to my surprise, made the fix quickly and under the estimate. Everything was easy, fast, professional and less expensive that I expected. I would recommend Proven Plumbing to anyone who asked.

    Wow. I dont think Ive had such a positive experience with any Contractor ... ever? These guys came quickly, knew their stuff, were communicative and friendly, proposed options for me to consider and helped talk it through, then knocked out the repair perfectly and reduced the price because it was easier than they thought it would be. Im impressed with the level of honesty and integrity - no wonder they have such great reviews online! I am a lifetime customer now. Highly recommend.

    I requested a quote on replacing a gas hot water heater. When they came to replace it, the plumber asked what kind of problem I was having and I told him none, it was getting towards 11 years old and that was typically when previous ones had failed. He suggested not replacing the HWH and just wait until it failed but I convinced him I was being proactive and wanted it replaced before it failed. They did a very nice job and left the job site clean. They also had the lowest price of the 3 bids I got so Proven Plumbing has proven their worth.

    Tim arrived promptly and took the time to diagnose the problem with my running toilet accurately. He explained the mechanism and what was wrong with the tension in the chain; we also discussed the cost of installing a new commode. And then he didnt even charge me (he said because he hadnt required tools to make the adjustment.) I am glad now more than ever that I have made the switch to Proven from another local service provider I had patronized for a long time, but whose last couple of service calls had disappointed me. Thank you!

    I called Proven Plumbing to replace the cartridges and trim in two showers. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and professional, and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The techicians showed up on time, were friendly and courteous, and got the job done quickly. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because I think I was overcharged for one of the cartridges. I understand they’re running a business and I expected a markup on parts, but they charge nearly triple what I could get it for from the big box store. That being said, I would recommend them and I will definitely use them again because the service was top notch.

    These guys are A++ at a good price! I had a issue with my toilet leaking sewer gases. I first tried a diff. plumbing company and they gave me a big run around trying the wrong fixes.Then I called Proven Plumbing and they sent Jacob over. He knew right away that is was the toilet flange just by the water flushed. I am incredibly impressed with his skill and knowledge! He replaced the flange and it completely fixed my issue!

    Ive been using Proven for all my plumbing needs since they replaced my leaking hot water heater in my 2nd story attic with a tankless water heater in my garage.     Lucas and Kameron were wonderful. Same day appointment, with a free estimate. Once they let me know what needed to be done, I asked “when do you have availability?”. Their answer? “Now.” - Amazing.Pricing was fair, they did a great job and fixed the problem, as well as gave some pointers on maintenance we can do to prolong the life of our fixtures & appliances. 10/10 will use Proven Plumbing again in the future.

    We typically use Proven Plumbing for our plumbing services, including replacing our water heater a few months ago. Last week, we discovered a leak in our home, as there was water pooling under the floor. We called Proven Plumbing on Saturday, and they promptly sent a team on Sunday. They located the source of the leak (as shown in the attached photo) and completed the repair.However, we were shocked by the price. The team found the leak quickly, largely because I directed them to the likely location, which minimized their time on-site. The repair cost came to $500, which we paid without question due to the urgency of the issue, but it felt excessive. I realize the work was done on a Sunday, but $500 still seemed steep for what seemed like a straightforward job.Regardless of how well we were served, this experience underscored the importance of having a backup provider to ensure competitive pricing. While Proven Plumbing was efficient, I couldn’t help but feel that the urgency of the situation might have influenced the pricing.

    At 10 pm last night I discovered that our water heater was leaking! I went on Nextdoor and searchs for water heater replacement came up several times. Proven Plumbing was recommended by many customers. Their comments were reassuring so I sent Proven Plumbing a text. I immediately got a response with a proposed service time of 8-11 am today. The Proven Plumbing team arrived first thing in the morning. Brian ands Zach were great. They were professional, competent and fast. By 10:30 am we had a new water heater. When you have to look for someone to do work like this, you want someone you can trust. I highly recommend Proven Plumbing. These guys know what they are doing and represent their company well.

    We called Proven Plumbing based on numerous positive reviews and we were not disappointed. Cory and Nolan arrived shortly after 11am well within the 11-2 window. After checking our hot water tank they told us flushing our tank really wouldnt be productive because its 8 years old and never flushed. They recommended some preventative options and patiently answered all of our questions without any charge. We will definitely call them for any future plumbing problems and highly suggest you do the same. Very professional, well informed, honest and considerate.

    Absolutely THE BEST experience! Our Proven Plumber came out multiple times for a challenging water heater problem, drove to Pflugerville to get the correct part for the older unit and didnt give up repairing the unit that had been out for 5 days and had 4 other plumbers (home warranty company sent two) and unsuccessfully attempted to repair! This all during the holidays! Although we finally had to pay out of pocket, in the end they saved us $2k - We love them and wish all providers were as thorough!

    Reached out to them from neighborhood referral. Great response time (within hours), communication (explained my options, with breakdown and timeline), and flexibility (added customized quote for labor only job). Scheduling unfortunately did not work out (contacted Friday afternoon, came within hours, but actual work couldn’t be scheduled till Monday morning — no go for flooding water heater in winter issue), and had to get an handyman to do a rush job.     Dealing with Pamela and Jon’s on the phone was smooth and a pleasure. They both were eager to help me save money and not do unnecessary work and even guided me to do the job myself.     Ill admit it, I normally use a different plumbing company when I need one. But they were not able available last Thursday when I discovered a water leak in my yard. I called Proven Plumbing and a crew was at the house less than an hour later. They (I cannot remember the names of the 2 folks who responded) were able to find the leak in my main water line and make all necessary repairs. They were very professional from start to finish. Although I hope I never need a plumber again, if I do I will call Proven Plumbing. Highly recommend!

    Garbage disposal was quickly and efficiently installed. I cannot fault the plumbing expertise. However, I want to add something about service to the elderly. I greeted the plumbers with a walker and apologized that I could not empty the area under the sink as I could not bend. I was teaching online when they left so could not question them. They left me a notice about registering the product which listed the information needed - but they left me no manual nor could I bend to get the required numbers on the device. I have had to enlist the help of a neighbor in order to register the product. A little forethought about my disability would have been nice.

    Have used them several times for various leaks. There was a leak in hot water copper supply line above the tank, which was insulated. 16- year old water heater, so outlived its typical lifespan, got lukewarm faster, and making more popping noises inside, and just needed replacing, so they came out replaced it. I kept it as long as possible, giving it periodic flushes, but it lived a good life. 😉 Anyway, they finished the whole job within two hours, and now we have hot water! Theyre my go-to plumbers!

    Generally I do all my own plumbing, carpentry and electrical because I just don’t like going behind someone I paid to do the job and have to fix it. When my hot water heater went out, I priced a replacement but didn’t have any desire to muscle the old heater out, redo the recirculator pump and get the new one in.     Really happy with my choice to go with proven plumbing. I’m not surprised my neighbors on the next door app recommended them so highly. Pricing is very fair.     Enrique and John did an awesome job detecting a leak in our upstairs bathroom. The leak had caused a hole in the ceiling of our garage. Enrique and John identified the problem right away and got right to work to fix it. (I have hired other guys in the past who have sent out young kids to get the job done, and inevitably they didnt know what they were looking at... but these guys have the experience and knowledge to identify the problem right away). I also appreciated the fact that they explained to me what the repair would cost and showed me an estimate before they proceeded with the repair.     Updated to add.Today I got home to a failed water heater. Water everywhere in the garage and the pan failed and I had water in my utility room and one bedroom.     Had 4 moen shower cartridges installed and replaced a Moen faucet. Technician arrived on time and completed the job very efficiently. Some of the cartridges were very hard to remove, one of them needed the shower handle to be sawed off. The turning off and on of main water line caused debris to accumulate in the kitchen faucet which we did not notice. Left a VM to Proven Plumbing late at night, and they scheduled the tech to come back next day. Devin flushed the kitchen supply line and fixed the issue promptly.

The young lady who took the call told my how to shut off the valve to the water heater to mitigate further damage and arranged for a early morning service visit. Great company.     I am speechless! :) Best plumbing company in Austin and Cedar Park. We have had a low water pleasure issue for years. We have had 3 plumbers look at it and got marginally better. Proven Plumbing sent out Brian and another gentleman. They were both great at fixing the problem and letting us know what to do so it didnt get bad again. They didnt even charge for the visit, because it didnt take them long at all to sort it out. I recommend them 100%!!!
