    Everyone should use Priority AC if you get the chance. Mike and all the guys who are part of the Priority AC Company are fast, knowledgeable and beyond fair prices. These guys go above and beyond making repairs. I cannot recommend Priority AC enough. I get all work done by Priority AC. No other AC company comes close to Priority AC Honesty, Integrity and knowledge.

    I have been using PriorityAC for the last several months.     Micheal did exceptional work on our AC unit!! Our unit went out and we had no idea why. I called several companies like Abacus and John Moore, they were ridiculously over priced and couldn’t get the job done, I felt scammed!! With a reference from a friend, luckily I found Priority AC! Michael came to our house and found the issue right away. I was very pleased with his work, he explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. Fair pricing and HONEST work. He even helped with installing my new Nest thermostat😊 Any issues in the future I will be calling!

    Michael Dacus, owner/operator of Priority A/C, is hands-down the most reputable, conscientious HVAC specialist in the Greater Houston area. Im an older gentleman who has spent several years working with various tradesmen on home building, renovation, and repair projects from small & simple to large & complex. This guy can do it all--and does it RIGHT every time. He doesnt waste time or money, and works so completely transparently, you feel as though hes giving a crash course in HVAC service. Mike says thats the way he wants to run his business: always keeping his customers well-informed of the work to be performed and the options available re: parts, procedures, cost, timeframe. Hes extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and honest in what he does and theres NO sales pitch to get you to sign on the dotted line.Priority A/C has serviced my home HVAC system for over 5 years and during that time i routinely received a seasonal phone call or text as a reminder to have my system checked, with helpful suggestions/tips on things i can/should do as a homeowner to maintain and prolong the operation of my unit. With each service call, I receive text message updates on the status of the call prior to and during the visit, an itemized cost breakdown and detailed written explanation of the work performed, and a follow-up call once service has been completed.This company does things the right way, and I dont/wont say this about just any business simply because they do what they claim. I stand behind this statement when it comes to Priority A/C because of the person who owns and operates this business--Mike Dacus is a real gem of a person who wont ever compromise quality and honesty to make a dollar. Dont wait until youre facing issues with your HVAC system--give him a call to schedule a visit and find out for yourself what this business is all about. From the first service call, I know youll see right away youre dealing with a company of individuals who care about doing things right which includes the way they treat each and every one of their customers.
