Having your AC go out in August in Texas is the worst. The prompt and professional service was a life saver in this heat! I would definitely use Priority 1 HVAC again, and would recommend them to friends and family.

Ayman was both courteous and patient with answering my questions before coming out to service my ac unit which was within a great time especially during this heat, for which I am very appreciative. Then upon arrival again he, along with Isaac were so pleasant and professional. He addressed my concerns completely, along with great useful information that will surely save me from some later problems. I am completely satisfied with the service and will definitely be using him for all of my ac repairs in the future. Much Thanks.

Ayman was incredibly kind and helpful in working with us and our warranty provider to reinstall a previously installed unit last year (it was improperly installed by a different company). This year, he came out to assist us in getting a new air handler installed. The new unit is working great so far. We plan to use Priority 1 HVAC for all of our system needs in the future thanks to their care and attention.

The owner and his trainee provided great customer service. He took time to answer all my questions, showed me pictures of my problem and provided great advice for keeping my unit up and running. They went above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a better AC company. They were God sent, and I will recommend them to family and friends.

I had a great experience with Priority 1 HVAC! We have had them out a few times cause our ac was either not cooling correctly or just not cooling and they fixed it promptly each time! I cant stand my house warm and hes helped me keep it cool in this horrible Texas heat 🥵 Thank again Priority 1!!
