I woke up on a 25* morning outside, and my thermostat read 57* degrees. By 3 pm the heat had still not come on and I was tired of shivering, so I searched online and found Premier. Mark and Ronnie were here in less than 1.5 hours and quickly analyzed and solved my problem, which was an old, worn-out thermostat. Since Iβm retired and my needs are simpler, they installed an older used non-automatic digital thermostat that meets my needs perfectly, without charging anything for it! The cost of the visit was very reasonable! I am definitely a happy camper and will use Premier again, as well as recommend them to others. It was also very nice to have someone (Mark) answer the phone personally the first time, rather than having to leave a message and play telephone tag! I wholeheartedly give them a 5/5 rating! -
