Very happy with the service provided! Unit stopped working on Wednesday and gave them a call on Friday. Brian came out that day and thankfully did a thorough check of the unit. We had a bad microbial overgrowth but we were also due for a new unit.They came out today and did an awesome job! Turn around time and response time is 5 star service!

I can’t recommend Premier Comfort Solutions enough! My AC unit started cutting in and out, and Juan, one of their technicians, showed up at 10 PM and worked on it past midnight trying to get it running. Unfortunately, the whole system needed to be replaced.Early that same morning, John called to set up a more in depth diagnostic and had Brian come out that same day. Brian confirmed the bad news but within a few hours, he had quotes ready for two different systems. The entire Premier Comfort Team was professional, patient, and never pushy while I took time to compare multiple quotes. Brian even made himself available late in the evening to answer all my questions.In the end, Premier Comfort had the best equipment, best price, and best customer service. Their install team was polite, professional, and super clean, making sure I understood everything before they left.If you’re looking for an HVAC company that truly takes care of its customers, this is the one!

Our experience was very positive. Brian did a thorough assessment and gave us several options to replace our system. Great guy! The price was very competitive. We got other quotes and Premier offered the best system for the best price. The install was quick - next day - and the installers were efficient and left no trace. We have only great things to say!

If you are having any air conditioning or heating problem then do not hesitate to talk with John or Brian, I assure you that you wont need a second opinion. These guys are the best in town trust me. We were having air conditioning issues, we live in two floor house and we were having issues on second floor. I called them as we do regular yearly maintenance with them so Brian came up and checked everything. He suggested us to replace the entire unit as there were few issues (which is good to replace than repair). Brian answered all my questions and explained me everything in detail. We were scheduled the following day for an appointment as they understood we were having issues with air conditioner. Being the company owner, John came to our house the following day (during installation) and walked me through all the process. Me and my wife had more than thousand questions in my head (which I asked John) and he explained me in detail and answered every single question. I was hesitating to ask questions but John made me feel comfortable in asking all the questions as he said it is his responsibility to take care of his customers, value their opinions, answer their questions and make them feel comfortable. I was so happy and impressed the way John and Brian helped us, answered all our questions and helped us. I would trust them for sure for their service. They arent those people who look for filling their pockets by making us spend more. I have recommended them to many other people. Trust them if you are looking for AC/Heating certified technician(s). Thanks John and Brian once again for taking care of us.

Brian with Premier Comfort Solutions was awesome!He took care of us and his crew did a clean installation! Put a portable unit in our master room to help with the heat until they could get our new Carrier A/C complete system installed.He gave us a more than fair price upfront. I called 3 other larger companies to compare and his competitors were trying to charge an excessive amount more for the same equipment with less add-on equipment that Brian was including with his priced package options.He treated my family with respect, patience and understanding through the whole decision process.He never pressured us into making a decision but gave honest and knowledgeable feedback when we had questions. Brian was very open during the entire process and very willing to provide model numbers when asked for ourselves to also research the equipment options.Highly recommend him for all your A/C needs!

Brian and his crew were absolutely amazing. I work in commercial general contracting and have worked with my fair share of contractors and I can honestly say that these guys are the example and customer service that’s lacking in so many new contractors. My upstairs unit and condenser was already 18yrs old and had issues. They replaced everything on a Saturday and were super courteous with keeping floors and walls clean while they removed my old units and replaced with new ones. They’re the real deal and I would recommend them to anyone.

I was happy with overall experience and saving more money as well. I heard about this company through a friend of mine.

Premier comfort solutions is a great company! Brian was servicing my neighbors A/C and noticed how loud mine was in the process. He came over and introduced himself to me and recommended that I get a tune up done. He was very professional, friendly and honest. I scheduled the tune up and Brian came the following week to take care of it. He recommended some options to help my A/C not work so hard and came back the following week to install the part. John, you have an amazing employee in Brian, his customer service and honesty is top notch and a reflection of your company as a whole! I will continue to use Premier Comfort Solutions for all of my A/C needs! Thank you!

Amazing company! Brian took care of us over the weekend and brought a portable cooler for my toddlers room so she could sleep. The 2 guys that came to install the new unit were so nice and efficient. And the next day Brian checked on us and came to fix a couple of things to make sure it was cooling our home properly. Cannot recommend this company enough! I feel they went above and beyond for our family.

Had Brian from premiere comfort solutions out along with four other companies and he gave by far the most reasonable offer saving us about $4,000 on getting our new HVAC installed compared to the next best offer of other companies. They came out promptly and in time the next morning and got my system installed and running by the afternoon. I was never upsold anything I didn’t need and Brian made sure to explain everything in easy to understand language what was happening with my system and what options I had to fix it or replace.

With 5 stars there’s not much room for improvement. Let me start by saying I don’t like long reviews, but please read through this and share with your friends and family. We started our HVAC journey calling the “G” company for a tuneup service. Needless to say they found some issues. Their only option was to replace to the tune of $40k for two HVAC systems. They didn’t even want to discuss repair options. Go figure that one of my systems would stop working the very next day (hmmm). So we looked for second and third opinions. The “W” company was ready to replace as well slightly less but still expensive. Brian with Premier Comfort Solutions was the tech who came to our home. He didn’t worry about what the other companies said, he did a thorough analysis and when he finished, he was ready to discuss our options on repairing or replacing. No push tactics just great service. We decided on the replacement of the two systems and it was not anywhere near the other two quotes. The replacement was flawless and they didn’t walk away until they were confident the systems were running right. Our home is even more comfortable than it was before. You can go with a big name but you’ll be paying way more for the same equipment and you will not get the personal service that Premier Comfort Solutions has to offer.

Got a new heat pump installed and the ducting and insulation redone back in February and its been solid so far. Techs Alex and Eddie were cool and never made me feel like an inconvenience when I asked questions. John was also helpful discussing my options and working through any concerns that came up as the work progressed. Would recommend.

Brian Carrasco showed up to my home on time, with a smile, and a great attitude (qualities bundled up like that are hard to come by nowadays)! He was very thorough with his diagnostic checks and asked plenty of questions to single out the issue with my home air conditioner. Brian went above and beyond the other HVAC tech I used before him. The other HVAC tech was quick to sell me a whole new unit, even though the unit is only 4 years old. Brian was quick to diagnose the new unit extensively and was determined to weed out the issue. Which he did. He left my home with the same qualities he came in with and left with a firm handshake and a smile on his face. I am thankful and grateful for the service Brian provided and will continue to use Premeir Comfort Solutions and Brian Carrasco for all my HVAC needs!

The owner is an honest, genuine guy with a true passion for his trade and offers high quality service at affordable prices. He gave us multiple options to fix the issue, not to inflate the invoice or sell us something we didn’t need. He was also able to get our A/C replaced quickly and made sure we were absolutely satisfied.

I cant express how grateful I am to have found this company. John is without any doubt a true professional and honest human being. To begin he came to the rescue and literally saved me 5K and I mean literally. Thing is I had gotten quotes from 2 other local companies. These companies came in to my home and just priced nonsense numbers without a clue on what they were talking about. All they wanted was 4 to 5K to fix a leak that i had in my AC unit. I was dumbfounded because on top that they were charging this amount, they were not guaranteeing anything. In the middle of writing a bad review on one of those companies that visited my home I happened to mistakenly post on Johns company. John contacted me and informed me that I was posting about the wrong company. Long story short. God definitely put John and his company in my path . I have never seen any company with the determination of saving a customer so much money by just being honest. Really appreciate John Conti’s assistance. He took the time to listen to our concerns. Our AC was out. I was referred to John from Amhurst subdivision FB site. I called John told him what was wrong. He arrived at our home and after 3 min observation of AC units he already knew what the problem was. He was very polite. Very RESPECTFUL and patient with other questions and concerns we had. The reason why their reviews are consistently great is because they do great work at very very good prices. I was stuck in a house I just bought and the AC went out and they had me into a brand new system within a few days and a price much lower than everyone else! In this heat, you really dont want to wait around for the other guys who have nothing in stock!
