    I live in a 30 year old farm house in Melissa, Texas. My dinning room, kitchen, and laundry room was freezing while my upstairs didnt get any air at all and my downstairs master barely got any air. I called Premier after my landlord tried to get a one man shop or chuck in the truck provider to show up for two months. Premier responded quickly, scheduled a next-day appointment, arrived early to diagnose the problem. Will explained in detail the challenges with the original design of the air duct and vents and why I was getting cold air in only one section of the house without being condescending. After getting the quote and approving it, I scheduled a Monday morning appointment for repair. On the Sunday before my appointment, I called Premier to tell them we had another problem, my AC was not blowing at all. They offered to send a tech out immediately and again he showed up early. So grateful because it was over 100 degrees for weeks. David quickly identified that it was the battery that started the compressor. Something they would have identified if I had their Preventive Maintenance Agreement. On Monday, the installation team was so respectful of not messing up my clean house with all the old ducking, they chucked it out the upstairs windows and tried to keep the noise to a minimum since I work from home and had meetings all day. They also worked with me to make sure that the areas I live in the most got the most air versus the less frequent rooms. I am grateful that they recommended solution actually resolved the issue versus just putting a band-aid on the problem by throwing some more insulation on the ducts where it was missing. This redesign will is an investment that will last for the next couple of decades.     I used the guys 2 years ago for an install at my house and they did a great job. Needed a new unit recently for my commercial property and used their services again. I would highly recommend them for all A/C work. Very professional and timely when it comes to getting the job done.

    Premier installed my AC system a few years ago. Anytime I have ever had an issue they are always my first call. They came out same day to replace my thermostat when it iced over and power surges fried it. They recently replaced a bad capacitor on my outside unit; fast and affordable. They care about their customers and the techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will continue to do business with them and spread the word of how awesome they are! You guys rock, keep up the great work!

    Absolutely love the folks at Premier! They are consistently diligent in their work and have always made an effort to fit me into their schedule when a heating or cooling issue arises at my home. Premier has fixed issues with my furnace and AC on multiple occasions when other companies went straight to insisting on full replacement. They do the best job and are honest and fair with their prices and I recommend Premier over any competitor, hands down.

    David is definitely a great worker representing your company name.He serviced my unit today and replaced a part. Helped find the open air flow part to turn it off the outside air, for the indoor humidity.     Everyone at Premier is terrific. We have had other companies service our air conditioners and were never satisfied and treated well until we started using Premier. Being able to trust the company that services or installs a large investment like a new AC unit is the best reason to work with Premier. We had to replace our upstairs AC unit and The team at Premier recommended exactly what we needed. Their crews were very professional, punctual, and worked very quickly. They identified mistakes that had been made in the original ductwork and didn’t hesitate in correcting the problems so we have optimum air flow. Truly a FIVE STAR company, from Top to Bottom.

    Super happy to have met Lee! His team is friendly, considerate, and best of all- honest! I had three companies look at my a/c units before and each of them saw rust on my units and told me I needed to replace them instead of repair ($20k!).Lee from Premier told me it was completely up to me to repair or replace. All I needed was a capacitor and freon for the fix. I’m thankful for him caring about his clients, not focusing on more money. Thank you to your team as well! Great company!

    We recently got our system replaced with Premier Air Service. I cant tell you how happy I am with the service I received. Lee was honest and didnt try to oversell us, he gave us his recommendations for what would work the best for our needs. We meet with several other companies before deciding to go with this company. Premier Air Service gave us a better system and a better price then 4 other companies in the area.     If you are looking for a great and honest company stop looking because you have found it. We called, Jackie answered and put us on the schedule right away. David came out assessed everything and gave us all our options. Lee came by and explained what the problem was, he provided us with a few options and estimates explained the benefits of each and allowed us to make our own decision. We picked the option that worked best for us and they got it done. Lees crew came in and when I tell you the level of knowledge and customer service was beyond anything I have experience. TJ one of the tech literally sat at my kitchen counter every step of the way explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and how that was going to improve our system.     My heat stopped working. The thermostat was connected and triggering the unit however the gas was not igniting to heat. The company was quick to add me to the schedule, same day in fact, and the technician was quickly able to diagnose the issues. They called ahead, were responsive, and kept me informed.     I used Premier for repair to our heating unit. Scheduling was easy and a prompt appointment was given. The service member who who came to our home was professional in his behavior and knowledge of our unit. He was also professional in his attire and cleanliness. This is important because we have a child who is immune compromised so trying to keep germs down in our home is very important. He was in and out quickly and was able to explain what was needed done to quickly and efficiently fix our unit. Pricing was fair and the work was done well.

    Lee runs a great business by practicing Christian values! We contacted Premier Air & Electric because we were in need of some electrical work. Nick came out and fixed the issue, did a safety check of our whole home and was pleasant the entire time! We had questions about our A/C unit, Nick called Lee who spoke to us about our needs and set up a time to come out and meet with us.We had a 12 year old system that needed to be replaced and had been costing us in repairs over the last 4 years.     Have nothing but great things to say about Lee and his crew. He was very thorough in his initial inspection to ensure his quote would reflect everything needed with no surprise day-of installation price increases. Lee was very through in measuring all my supply and return vents to ensure proper air flow throughout my entire house. His fees and prices are in line if not lower than all other trusted HVAC companies along with his warranties. His communication was thorough and he was very easy to communicate with. The installation was wonderful as I had a full 5 ton system installed and have no complaints whatsoever.     Premier Air Service spent today installing a new system in our home. It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish.     A truly great experience. Weve been in our home for many years, so this was our first time getting a new AC system installed. And I didnt know what to expect. But it was completely painless. There was never any pressure in the sales process, which I appreciated. And they didnt try to up-sell us into the most expensive unit. But most importantly, the install went smoothly and the guys were very careful not to track dirt in the house as they went back and forth. After they were finished, it was like they were never there. Except for the wonderful icy-cold air coming from our new AC system. These guys are the best.

    This morning (Saturday) my A/C unit went out and I needed a company to come out and look at it asap. The receptionist was extremely friendly and was able to get someone out right away, she even went as far to call me back to provide a more accurate timeframe.I received a call to let me know they were on the way and when the owner (Lee) came out to inspect the unit he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.     Will came out during the middle of the ice storm. I called Premier at 10am on a Thursday and he said he could be out at 2-3pm. The only reason he couldnt have it fixed that day was because the Carrier location closed down due to the weather. Will made a special trip for us just to make sure we stayed warm and got us up and running asap. The pricing was more than reasonable, half the price of what another company was trying to charge us. Premier is the place to go, they are awesome!

    Lee, William and the whole crew at Premier are top notch! We had an outdated system that wasted money and didnt heat or cool our house at all. We were dealing with home warranty and no one would tell us the truth because they didnt want to do the work. They even went the extra mile and put in another opening so that we could get to our system. This house was built in early 90s. We have a 2 story house and we didnt have zoning or 2 systems. Premier fixed everything including all our duct work that had been chewed through by rodents. They truly fixed every issue we had. They were fast and professional, got it done in one day! Thank you Premier Air for treating us like family and getting the job done!

    I highly recommend Premier Air Service. My A/C unit was freezing up and Lee came out to my house on a holiday weekend to assess the problem. Due to it being a holiday weekend the parts place was closed and we were unable to get it fixed that day. Lee did the unexpected and went above and beyond and brought us a portable A/C Unit to get us through the holiday weekend. You couldnt ask for better customer service!!!     Our AC wasnt working so a guy came out and try and fix it. Turn out it wasnt no good and we had to replace the AC and furnace. He did a great job informing us why its better to replace both.     We recently had Lee from Premier Air Service install two Samsung Whisper Ductless HVAC systems to cool our gym and shop. Premier Air did an excellent job from start to finish. Lee came out twice to quote two different systems as we worked towards deciding which system would work best for the space. His quotes were very competitive and detailed compared to 5 other quotes. We were able to schedule the installation of the systems within a 2 week window, install was completed in one day, and a quick follow up for adjusting the system was also completed within 24 hours. At each stage of the project Lee was first to respond to request for quote, on time for each meeting, on schedule for install and even an immediate unexpected follow up. We plan to work with him on maintaining our existing HVAC units and will highly recommend him to our personal friends and family. Outstanding!

    I had extensive electrical work to be done on a 35 yr. old house that I own. Of several quotes to do the work, this was not only the most reasonable but Nick came out personally to check out the situation where others either phoned or emailed me a quote.     Premier Heating and air has been servicing my home for at least the past 10 years! Lee the owner is the best. I once called him out to the house because my a/c unit had a loud rattling noise. He came out to look at it that day and told me that the front of it just needed to be put back on. Another company may have told me that I needed a new unit and I probably would have believed them (since my units are about 30 years old) . Well when my unit did go out I didnt hesitate to call Lee who was able to replace my unit the next day. I knew his prices would be fair. They are an honest company run by an honest man. I want companies to earn a living but I dont want them to earn it all on me. I never have to worry about that with Lee and you wont either!

    After our old AC unit failed this spring, I called on a few companies in the area for bids. Premiers bid came in higher than the rest, but not by much. When Lee came by the house for an inspection, he spent quite a bit of time looking at the unit inside and out, and just as importantly, asked me a lot of questions the other bidders did not ask. Lee didnt assume he knew the answers or what we wanted. He even double-checked the work of the technician sent out by American Home Shield.Lees crew was fast, knowledgable, and skillful. Our new unit (20 SEER) is so much quieter than are old one. You cant hear the outdoor unit from the inside. My wife said it best when she said the very first night sleeping with the new AC was the best night sleep shes had in weeks.Thanks Lee, Sondra, and the rest of the crew!

We recently used him for the third time, this time to replace our entire A/C system. Lee is a wealth of knowledge about all the available options, and he helped us choose the right solution for us. He was extremely patient with us during the process as we made a decision. At no time did we feel pressured into anything.
