XP gave us such amazing service and affordable fee!! He came first and informed us that it was the breaker. So my husband went ahead and changed it. Two hours later our house is still sitting at 84°. By this time it’s 830pm and I send him a message. He immediately responds and walks us step by step on what to do. After 15mins of still having issues, he decides to come over. Immediately fixes the issue and it was capacitor. He switched it at an affordable price. Thank you XP!! And we will def be reffing his business 👍🏻

Arrived in the late afternoon of Labor Day, punctual to the minute like a Japanese Shinkansen train. Very friendly and competent service. Air conditioning was repaired and is working perfectly again. Are we still in Texas or already in Japan? We can only highly recommend the Polar Bear HVAC service.

Excellent service! One of my outside condenser units went out on a Saturday afternoon when the outside temperature was 100F. I called several AC companies but none of them could come out until Monday or later. Mr Yang was recommended to me by a friend. I called him up and he was at my door 15 minutes later. It turned out to be a bad capacitor, which he replaced very quickly and got my unit to cool again. He then came inside and checked supply air temperature to make sure it was working properly. His fee was very reasonable. He even checked on the capacitor in another unit for me to make sure it was in good working order. It was and he didn’t charge me anything for the check. I will definitely call him again for future services.

Polar Bear came out to fix our air conditioner on Friday. The gentleman was very professional, checked both units and repaired the one that needed additional freon and a bad switch. He told us how to watch for similar problems that would have indicated to use that there was a problem building while the unit was still cooling the house. Excellent service!

I had great A/C service from Polar Bear HVAC company. One of our units went out late at night and I left a message to schedule a service call. XP came out first thing next morning and diagnosed and fixed the unit in no time. He even told me how to maintain the units in the future. The fee was reasonable and the service was great! I would like to extend my appreciation to XP and his Polar Bear HVAC services for their exceptional service. My AC went out on weekend, they came out, did the inspection and identified the problem on the same day, then on Monday they came back with the new parts and got the AC back running againTheir response was prompt, and the technicians were both knowledgeable and courteous. The quality of their work and their attention to customers needs wast truly impressive. Also the charge is very reasonable. I would strongly recommend XP and his Polar Bear!

My AC condensation was blocked, so I called Pollard Bear HVAC. Mr. Yang and his team showed up very quickly today, which is a Sunday, and solved my issue within 5 minutes. They also provided excellent suggestions and showed me important maintenance tips. During the walkthrough of my system, we realized my machine was short of Freon, and they filled it. They are very friendly, prompt, and professional, and I highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC issues.

The service is wonderful, quick, professional, responsible, reliable and the price is very reasonable. The previous AC company gave us a tuneup and told me that we need adding the cooling fluids which costs around $6,000 and have other problems too. The total cost to fix our two units is about $8,000. Of course, the man suggested we should install a new one. After my friend recommended Mr. Yang to check our system, I was told by Mr. Yang we only need to add one pound cooling fluids for $60, which is 100 times cheaper than the previous estimate. We then replaced two capacitors and installed two new Google thermostats. Since we had problems with the original AC installation which mis-marked the AC doors.Mr. Yang worked very hard until midnight, but only gave us very low service charges. Now, our home AC system works perfectly with automatic adjustment of temperature control. I believe his company is one of the most trustable companies in the AC service.

THEY ARE THE BEST HVAC TECHNICIANS WE HAVE USED SO FAR!We had an issue with our unit, as it wasnt operating like it should/efficiently. We made a late schedule, and, surprisingly, they were able to still come to our house(Im pretty sure they were swamped that day, since it was already dark outside). They checked all intake/outtake vents, and found the issue right away. After they fixed our A/C unit, OUR ELECTRIC BILL DROPPED DRAMATICALLY!They made it so easy and efficient, and was very professional and detail oriented. I WOULDNT USE/RECOMMEND ANY OTHER HVAC COMPANY AFTER WORKING WITH THEM!Thank you so much Xiaopeng for helping our family!

I’d like to thank Xiaopeng Yang, the technician of Polar Bear HVAC Services, for his excellent service to fix my AC. After 3 weeks overseas vacation I found the AC was not starting. Refered by a friend I called Xiaopeng and he came on time. He quickly found the contractor, control board, and leaking detector all out of work, possibly damaged by recent thunderstorm. Since still in warranty he went to the part store, picked up the control board etc. and quickly replaced them. He explained each step clearly during his diagnosing procedure. Great services! And I definitely refer him to my friends.
