The ball bearings on my Fan motor where old and where getting worn out within my AC unit. Every time I turned on my AC unit there would be an extremely loud noise coming from the outside ac unit. Based on the sound it was making, I knew that if I kept running it, that more damage would be expected. Thats when I called Ray at Platinum G HVAC and got the unit inspected and he gave me top options for repair. He was able to come early in the morning and get the repairs complete in a quick and timely manner. Unit went out today and Ray came and saved the day! I was panicking since our house was in the 80s already. He came out, on a weekend, all the way to Terrell (30 minutes away). Fixed the issue so quickly. Our family is so thankful to him. If y’all need help with anything regarding heating or a/c call him asap. Best around for sure!!
