Platinum Air Services is a great find. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, clean, efficient, and their work is definitely quality. They have explained everything to me very clearly and are always reachable by phone and text. I have hired them for routine matters and off-hours emergencies and they have been consistently excellent. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing company. Their commitment to service is exceptional. Servicemen arrived at 9:30 PM on a holiday weekend and fixed our A/C. Our warranty company spent three hours on the phone on a Saturday, located Platinum Air Services who were quick to respond and arrived when promised. Very Grateful!!

Platinum Air services has always been professional, efficient and friendly the multiple times I’ve used them. They service my AC/heater throughout the year. Anytime I have an emergency they are there same day. I highly recommend their service to anyone.

If I would give more stars I will do 10. Very Friendly staff, and professional. Cortez explained everything about my A/C service, and the problem was fixed same day. He was quick and left with clean working area. Will definitely call them again and will definitely refer this business to all my family and friends.

JonesFitzBurton LLC is a real estate investment company. We called Platinum Air Services to give us a quote for completely new HVAC system for one of our properties. They came out they were on time for the appointment which is important to us. We also received the quote promptly online. After the job was finished we were so pleased with their work that we asked them to be on our team of professionals.
