My family wanted to take a moment to thank and recommend Mr. Lloyd Hill and team to those looking for a quality hometown crew. We had an awful smell in our house and was afraid the HVAC was leaking gas or freon. Not only did Lloyd remember aspects of this house from previous renters, he graciously walked us through the house and even checked things outside the HVAC system, up to and including checking in our attic only to discover the smell was coming from there and was likely a decomposing critter. Lloyd didnt have to do all that, but we are so thankful that he helped us troubleshoot the problem and resolve in kind. His exceptional service will not go unnoticed. Thanks Lloyd!!

Platinum Air is THE BEST!!! We tried several other big name A/C repair people in Lubbock several years ago and ALL were utterly disappointing!!! We found Platinum Air then AND still use them now! They are the most courteous & helpful repair people we have EVER dealt with. If you are looking for your A/C guy, give them a try!!!
