    Today was my first time meeting Scott and his son. They performed a maintenance checkup on my heating system for an issue that my previous AC company couldnt resolve. Amazingly, they fixed it in no more than 10 minutes after arriving.If that wasnā€™t impressive enough, later that night I experienced another issue with my ACā€”the house wasnā€™t cooling properly. I called late at night, fully expecting it to be the next morning before anyone could come by. To my surprise, Scott said he would swing by that same night. Despite working in pitch-black conditions with just a headlamp, screwdriver, and multimeter, he managed to resolve the issue.Based on just these two interactions with the Platinum Air family, I can confidently say this company is the real deal. All the five-star reviews are well deserved. Funny enough, they didnā€™t even ask me to leave a review, but I was so blown away by their service that I had to share my experience.If youā€™re local and looking for an exceptional HVAC company, go with these guys.     Goodness... where do I even begin with how good this company was to us... unfortunately platinum Air was not our first call. The first company we called sent us a tech that didnt wanna even touch our system cause it was too old and needed to be replaced and that it wouldnt turn back on no matter what we did to it... he charged us 100 dollars, then up and left saying that we cant make it through the winter without spending 20k on a new unit... so then we called platinum Air. The 2 gentlemen that showed up were at my house maybe 10 minutes, got my furnace running, knew exactly which parts we needed. Wasnt even close to 20k that we paid them. Please save yourself the stress, platinum Air knows their stuff. They need to be the first and only call you make. Theyre honest. Theyre good. Theyre heroes. Long story short.... call platinum Air for your HVAC needs. :)

    These guys are amazing..... my issue was my HVAC heater kept recycling on and off. It has done this before in the past and I was able to fix it. After 2 days of messing with it, I gave up and I called them AT 9:19 PM, left a message and they immediately contacted me back. Problem fixed in less than 30 min.... this company has a customer for life.Before you try to contact anyone else, Im telling you, call Platinum Air FIRST. This is an honest company and I will definitely be referring them to anyone I come across that needs work done.

Called Platinum and it was replaced in less than an hour and a half from when i called. AND - it cost 35% less than when Bobs replaced my last one.     The folks at Platinum Air are very nice, accommodating and professional. When our AC went out, they came out the next day and inspected the old unit. Too old & expensive to repair, they came out the following day and replaced the outside unit and coils at a very reasonable cost.     This company is honest the technician that came out on a Friday night did not over charge nor try to upsell. I replaced my entire AC system because it was 10 to 11 years old.     Professional and prompt, they got the job done and have fixed our A/C for varying issues a few times. My one frustration point (reasoning for 4 instead of 5) is multiple visits and a larger bill because of it.We had a coil start leaking and no cooling for one of our units. Platinum Air was fortunately able to fit us in the next day. My wife was home when the leaking coil was diagnosed, and we were told it was not under warranty. Workers gave us the price to fix the coil, and my wife called to tell me about it. I was going to tell them to just fix it, but they were gone by the time I was home 20 minutes later and had already refilled with Freon. We had cooling again, but it was $400 we paid only for the contents to all leak out over the next week, when we had to do the coil anyways.In the future, Iā€™d like to be asked before putting a band aid that ends up costing more money in place. But I will say they were very quick and professional when they needed to come out again, and from what I can tell they did a good job. Highly recommend, but make sure youā€™re getting the permanent fix first.

    I was referred to Platinum Air by my neighbor who had nothing but great things to say about her experiece. Weve never had a go-to AC company but I figured it was time to find one. I liked their page on facebook and found information on the Air Scrubber that installs directly on the unit in the attic and immediately cuts down the amount of allergens and bacteria in the air. Being a mom of 2 young children with asthma I knew I HAD to get one.Its been a little over a month since the install and I cant say anything but great things about this company and the scrubber! Office personnel even called to ask how my kids were adjusting to the clean air and scheduled my fall check up on a saturday.Excellent group of people with high quality equipment and service!

The first time I used this service, they responded quickly, crawled through my mine-field-of-an-attic, diagnosed problem & ordered needed parts on the same day of my call; then arrived on time & quickly fixed the issue the next morning. The second time I needed them, it was a Friday (a year later). They were booked that day but worked me in; he diagnosed & fixed my issue in less than 5 min.This company has staff that have been consistently friendly, VERY knowledgeable, efficient, proficient & always kept me in the loop via texts.
