    Mr Mikel Hamilton was prompt, courteous and professional. I never thought such a dirty toilet job could be so clean! He cleaned the whole floor before he worked, during work and after the job!     This is beyond 5 star service! My furnace acted up during our first cold snap and they came our within hours and gave me an option to fix or replace. They were able to install a brand new system within hours. I know a great deal about the industry and I was beyond impressed with every step. Their contact center helped me feel confident they would handle the situation. Everybody they sent out was announced with a text with their picture and credentials. I understood my options and what needed to be done. I did my due diligence and got bids and they are by far the best value for the best price!!

    After remodeling our home we needed semi-annual maintenance on our heating and air conditioning systems. Pioneer sent Darius, a detail-focused technician who inspected, tested, cleaned and reassembled every unit. If I had to describe Darius’ approach it would be ‘thorough’ and proud of his work. Pioneer’s maintenance program is not slap-dash and as such requires setting aside the time to let the technician do his work. For our home that took five hours. And for me that was time well spent.

    Pioneer had been recommended by my appliance company to replace my disposal. I called to ask about it, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She said that she could get someone there the same day, and sure enough, about an hour later, she called to say the tech was on the way. Riley and a fellow worker arrived shortly, explained the situation, and said they could replace it right away. They were very professional, and I had a new disposal in about 45 minutes. Riley also explained the company’s various service plans for plumbing and ac maintenance, as well as a water filtering systems for well water.     Very professional. They were very prompt in getting me taken care of. I know that is not always possible due to busy schedules, but that tells me a lot about their dedication to customer service. I called other plumbers, who still haven’t even returned my call yet. The technicians communicated with me throughout the entire process and kept me informed. They did explain different options moving forward that included extra services, but they were not pushy and helped me walk through what exactly each service entailed.     Adam did a great job checking, cleaning. He showed me pictures of all the equipment in the attic much of which was rusty as it was old. Due to fact they will be forced by government to, use new coolant, the price of new systems will go up by 40%. My family has used Pioneer since they put in our first central air and heat which at that time was GE. Their installers are trained and professional. They spend 3 or more hours thoroughly cleaning your equipment so it last.

    I called 3 other plumbing companies for an emergency right before the 4th of July holiday (2024); they all wanted to charge at least $300 dollars to come out and that charge would NOT go toward the fix. Pioneer did it for less than half of that cost, with the service/diagnostic cost going towards the repair. They even offered to come back out for free and run a video line to see if there was damage to my line. I will NEVER use another plumber; thank you Pioneer!

    Of course, with my luck, something is going to happen with my A/C unit on a friday evening, after hours. I called Pioneer Comfort Systems and left a message with the answering serving. She said someone would call me when they were on the way. Within 5 minutes, I received a call. Within 15 minutes, someone was at my house. Within 30 minutes, maybe less, my capacitor was replaced, freon was checked, and the drain was blown out. Brian provided excellent service and I will definately be using Pioneer in the future.

    Pioneer did an excellent job getting us set up with a new water heater. The Pioneer rep and technician both established clearly what and how things would go along with forecast timing. The water heater decided to retire and gave notice by leaking but was nice enough to give me time to find its replacement by limping along a bit more. We have a contract with Pioneer for our HVAC, and really appreciate all that comes with that and the trust we have in them.5 starts out of 5 service. Would RECOMMEND.

    If we are calling Pioneer, it means something has gone very wrong in our house. In this case, our AC went out. Pioneer worked quickly and sent out a tech that was not only knowledgeable but personable. He explained all of the issues that had occurred and what we could do to prevent them in the future. If we ever have any issues every again, Pioneer will always be the first company we call.

    I had a leak in my attic which was leaking into my laundry room ceiling. After consulting numerous people about where the leak was coming from ( a roofer, a handyman, even an electrician) the electrician finally found that it was coming from a leaking vent pipe in the attic. He told me to call my plumber and they could replace and seal the joint in the PVC pipe.Mikel Hamilton and his assistant Jake, from Pioneer showed up today, fixed the joint, good as new! No more leaking! These guys are great. Always show up, always respectful and friendly. Honestly, I wouldnt use anyone but Pioneer. They also do my 6 month checks for my heating and air. Cannot beat the service!

    Mikes work is caring and professional but Pioneer needs to finish work that Mike cannot do because he is not a carpenter or sheetrock finisher. Again I have to fix a wall that had to be cut into to replace our shower facet. We paid your price but Pioneer left us with another sheet rock wall to repair.     Weve been using Pioneer since we moved into our house over 3 years ago.     The wet bar in my living room just started leaking water from both the hot and cold water stems, the base of the faucet as well as leaks in shut off valves and supply lines. I called Pioneer desperate for someone to come today to help. Pioneer is the only plumbing agency that was willing to come right away and they sent the best technician--Travis C. ! He was courteous, respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. I love my new faucet (purchased by me at Home Depot) and Travis made the installation look easy.     Brandon Lawson was the plumber who serviced my home due to a cracked pipe from our recent freezing weather. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patiently answered all of my questions. He opened the drywall and found the crack. After reviewing the options, I chose to have the pipe capped. He is the FIRST professional of any kind in the Shreveport/Bossier Area I’ve used to actually do a finished job with excellent attention to detail. He also cleaned up after himself (another first) and cut a panel to put back on the wall to cover the hole. He takes pride in his work and is very respectful! Awesome young man and awesome work!     Impeccable timing and honest service!!! June 1st, and the outside temp was 94 with the gates of Hell humidity. My unit was not cooling.     Incredible professionalism. From the 1st phone call to explain my problem to the completion of the job. John Michael was our assigned plumber. He came in and assessed the problems went to his fully stocked work truck to make sure he had the parts for my 51 year old home.     I called Pioneer Friday morning about 9:30 or so. In just a short while, Bobby came out to inspect and diagnose the problem with my old unit. His thorough search found the problem, as well as about 3 or 4 more potential problems that would need attention in the near future. He took pictures, and explained clearly as we looked at what he found. He gave me options, and explained the work and cost of each option. In my opinion, his inspection just proved my money was going toward replacement, not repair. Bobby called the office, got me set for Eric to come show me options on replacement units. In a couple of hours, Eric arrived, reviewed my old Equipment and the notes from Bobby. He discussed replacement options, and explained the differences as well as the cost for each. I chose the standard unit for heat and air. He wrote up the purchase, processed the sale, and explained the purchase and installation, as well as warranty and service. Monday A.M. Drake and Marshall arrived to start the installation. I showed them the electrical panel box, the pull down stairs, the thermostat and the gate to the backyard, then I got out of their way. They were so organized, had 100% of the parts / products for the installation. They wasted no time, were very careful, and did an outstanding job! Im sitting here in cool, quiet comfort thanks to the nice, friendly, professional people at Pioneer. If anybody needs heat or air service, I HIGHLY recommend Pioneer Comfort Systems!!!

    This is the second time that I have needed serious emergency air-condition repairs. Both times I have called Pioneer and they have responded very quickly and professionally. They sent a technician who was both qualified and competent, as well as very personable and both times, they identified the problem promptly and efficiently. Rather unfortunately both times I have needed major repairs, but nonetheless, they rapidly sent a salesman who appeared knowledgeable as well as responsive to my concerns about price, efficiency, & timely repairs. Now within two major repairs I have had to have both my heating and cooling units completely replaced. It was expensive, but they made it bearable with very reasonable finance terms and even managed to work in additional benefits such as duct work and additional insulation. The bottom line here is that from where I started, I have now achieved a probable 40+ percent energy savings as a result of my hiring them to do the work. Overall, I am very pleased...

    Pioneer put in our new air conditioning system within the last couple of years. Recently it stopped working. We called and a service tech arrived the same day within a few hours. He quickly determined the problem was some old wiring in the house from our original A/C that finally failed. This was really important for us in that my wife is battling cancer, and keeping the house comfortable for her is vital to her well being. They also come out every 6 months to service our AC & heating unit. I just chose them to replace our tankless hot water heater. Every person I have ever dealt with at Pioneer has been exceptional and they almost always come out the same day when I call. Their prices also seem reasonable. Since I started using Pioneer I made a friend who owns another AC & Heating company in town. I told him we use Pioneer and he said they are good which I think is saying something since they are one of his competitors.
