    I have used Petrocelli for 3 different houses I’ve lived in. They always provide great service! They are very detailed in explaining anything they are going to do and very reasonable in cost. Being on their maintenance plan has saved me a lot over the years! Our technician Matt is on time, communicates everything he is doing with pictures to fully understand the work and follows up after he comes. I highly recommend this company!

    We have been with Petrocelli Services for many years now. They have always been very professional, prompt and knowledgeable and have been taking care of all our HVAC needs. Recently, we had an issue with our heating system on the coldest day of the winter thus far. I called Petrocelli and talked to Amber who immediately arranged for Matt to come in the same day to take care of the issue. Very happy with the services provided by both Amber and Matt.     Ive always had a great experience with Petrocelli team. Booking the appointment was super easy. The Commnication about the appointment and notifications was on point. Past technician experience was great and today was as expected from this company.     My fall and spring maintenance visits from Petrocelli are always so professional. I just had my fall maintenance. Amber did a great job with the scheduling, as she always does. The technician, Gregory, could not have been more, friendly and professional, and he did a great job with everything. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, and I do find value in having the annual maintenance contract because they make everything so simple and easy

    Petricelli is beyond fantastic ... cant speak more highly of them. They were recommended by a neighbor who had an equally fantastic experience. Joe and Martin were excellent problem solvers to develop creative solutions to the challenging conditions with our site and framing constraints. They also were forthright to identify a few things we missed during our initial scope and worked with us to develop viable solutions.     Our first interaction with Petrocelli Services was about two decades ago. Joe and his technician clearly knew their trade extremely well and were both straight forward and completely honest with us. We have since purchased two AC units from them. My latest interaction was with Gregory, who diagnosed and replaced a bad capacitor for us this summer. Gregory was thorough, professional, and clearly knew his trade well too. It is nice to see that Joe and his technicians/staff have kept up the high standards they set for us many years ago.

    We had an emergency, water was leaking from our AC to our garage and needed help ASAP. It was very easy to get connected with the company they answered on the first call. Greg got here right away and was quick, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was, wrote up multiple treatment plans and thoroughly explained each option. He was patient while I spoke to my husband on the phone to decide what we wanted to do then he immediately fixed the problem. We then also received a call from the company to double check and ensure we were taken care of and sayisfied. One the best experiences we have had in regards to needing somthing serviced on our home. Amber is very pleasant and accommodating with my time schedule preferences. She is very friendly and professional.He spent a lot of time trying to try different ways to increase cool airflow into my master bedroom, because it is always warmer than the other rooms as well as explaining the benefits of adding the blue strip to my pan.     Great service! Nice professional repairman! Gregory had to come back out when a light on my filter system seemed to be staying off. They came out and rechecked the system. They retested everything and reassured me that everything was in good order and did not add another service call fee. I was so greatful!     They did an excellent job installing a complete new HVAC system at my daughters house and it went very smoothly and all systems are working great. I then had them come out and do maintenance on my home system which has three furnaces and three AC units.     5/23/24 Juan came today to do a preventive check on our A/C. Found out needed to add some refrigerant. He did this and adjusted our blower fan.     Our service technician Daniel was super-friendly, and extremely thorough in helping to diagnose and service not only the immediate issue of no AC (failed compressor capacitor), but also longer-term issues. He corrected the issues, identified a few points to watch out for, and showed us a few tricks to ensure longer-term performance of our system, while charging us a very reasonable price for his time and efforts.     We have a service contract with Petrocelli. Saturday, we noticed that the A/C wasnt cooling so we called the service number. Joe Petrocelli answered immediately, asked to call back in 5 minutes, and then actually called back!A quick phone call and we were told that hed be at the house within the hour. Which he was. He even wore shoe covers when entering the house.A quick troubleshooting revealed that the capacitor was shot. Joe gave us two options and explained the difference between the two models. We also discussed full replacement but he advised against it since theres still milage to be found in the current compressor. Thats how a pro behaves.30 minutes later, the problem was fixed and our house started to get cool again.We paid for the service contract for situations like this. Petrocelli came through and delivered, thereby avoiding a terrible weekend experience. Thank you so much, highly recommended!

    The tech Daniel deserves 5 stars. He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. He identified the thermostat as the cause of my system ‘s failure to heat. He explained very clearly the settings when he installed it.The reason for the rating of 4 is that the rather steep service call fee was not mentioned when I made the appointment or in any subsequent communication. In addition to the service fee, the cost of the thermometer was double the retail price plus an additional $50. I felt the total charge was too high.The service fee was waved, but I’m not sure I would use Petrocelli again. I also wonder if a thermostat normally only lasts 2 yrs.
