I got Joshs number as a recommendation from a friend and was told hes the best around which i can now use as my recommendation in the future because its true. I have dealt with other HVAC companies and never had nearly as good of an experience. Josh was professional, polite, on time, and his quote was spot on. What else can you ask for in a repairman? I called out another company who left some wires loose, bypassed a safety breaker, shorted out my thermostat and said they would call me back when parts came in and never heard from them again. After calling Josh to come out, he quickly found several issues that needed addressing and gave me a very reasonable quote. He was on time and kept in constant communication so I was always knew what to expect. He also took pictures/video of everything he found and explained it very well, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I cant thank him and his company enough for getting our heat back on before the freeze came, and I look forward to doing business with him again! 10/10

I highly recommend Josh and his HVAC company for their exceptional services. They take great care in their work, ensuring that its clean and well done. The mini-split system installation they did for one of my rentals was impressive, completed quickly, and left the property looking clean. I highly recommend this company, very knowledgeable and have helped me in multiple occasions.

Josh came out to my home twice on a Saturday to ensure I’d be cool for the weekend until they could get the parts needed to repair my AC permanently. I’d had the same issue each summer with my AC since moving into a new build home in 2014. Multiple companies had been out to try and fix it, yet no one ever did it right until Pennington Home Comfort. They fixed the problem that was basically caused by a shortcut the builders took when originally installing. Their team was in my home all day and they were all extremely courteous, careful of my pets, and made sure they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I highly recommend Pennington Home Comfort to anyone who has HVAC maintenance or repair needs.

Ive dealt with many HVAC contractors over the years. Never seen one yet that can compared to Pennington Home Comfort. Josh is very personable, knows the technical side of air conditioning inside and out. We had a unit installed less than a year ago by another contractor and had nothing but problems with it. The contractor would not even return my calls. I was referred to Pennington Home Comfort by a friend. I called Josh. He assessed the unit. Gave me a very reasonable estimate on what it would take to bring it up to code. His workmanship is excellent with great attention to quality and detail. Im at peace now knowing that my unit is functioning the way it was supposed to. I would give him 10 Stars if I could.

These guys are amazing. Our AC went out over the weekend which is not fun during a Texas summer in August. Josh made time early this morning after two other contractors failed to show up. Josh identified the problem, made the necessary repairs and made some other suggestions all for less than $200 and in less than an hour. We could not be happier. I highly recommend Pennington Home Comfort for your AC service needs.

I hired them to replace my aging A/C and Furnace. He gave me a very fair price. They were done in just a few hours and the new system is amazing. They were clean, efficient and very friendly. HIRE THIS GUY!!!!UPDATE: We encountered a malfunction at almost 8 in the evening with our new unit. Josh insisted he wanted to come out and make it right. I told him it could wait until the AM. He said it would bother him and begged to come out. I said OK and he showed up 15 minutes later. THAT is service!!!!! Again, HIRE THIS GUY!

I had called out a local, larger company to fix my non working AC. They quoted me a ridiculous amount of money. I called Pennington and they quoted over half the price for the repair and fixed it immediately. He was courteous, professional and even did a follow up call to make sure everything stayed in working order. If you’re not unsure who to call. Call these guys. They do great, reliable work. Good people.

Outstanding service! Could not have asked for a better experience when replacing my entire AC unit! Josh with PHC was top notch! Not having any experience with replacing an AC, Josh was very patient and explained in detail everything needed. He was on time and completed the entire job without any issues. Would highly recommend his business to anyone. My boyfriend also has PHC replace his unit too and the same he received the same awesome service I got.

Josh at Pennington home Comfort did a great job. Clean install. Comfort level in the house is significantly better than the old system . Saving money each month with the new 2 stage 16 SEER system also!

Love Pennington friendly fast services.....We had 4 electric bill over $600. We had a HVAC company come out which they did clean the debris out of the outside unit also required feron and explaining to them We had been experiencing these high bills they ignored what I was telling them and said it was just hot. I told the ac tech again even last year our ac bill was less than half that cost and the heat index was way higher last year then this year. So thats when I did a Google search looked for a 5 star rating and who was open as this time which was around 5pm when I was calling. Pennington Home Comfort PROMPTLY answered and scheduled for a visit the next day. Arrival was on time and the fix was taken care of! Super glad I called Pennington! We will be using them for future AC needs!

We came home on July 5th and discovered our house was well over 85 degrees INSIDE. My husband looked at the inside AC unit and it was frozen! We called Josh at Pennington Home Comfort and not only did he answer after 5PM, he talked my husband through what to do to cool the house down for the night and made an appointment to be at the house at 9AM the next morning. While he was here, we had him quote a new HVAC system since our was 20+ years old and we have no idea what the maintenance records look like for it.Fast forward to less than a week ago. We were in the process of putting the baby to sleep when we lost power in the house for a brief second. Everything else came back on, except the AC. I had had it with the AC at this point so I emailed Josh right away (after 9PM). He answered first thing the next morning.This all happened 5 days ago, and we just had an entire new system put in TODAY!! They wasted no time at all and took care of our family as if we were their own!10/10 would recommend!

Air out on sunday. Called Josh was busy apologize that he couldnt come out that day but was out first thing in morning. He and Henry are the best. They found out what was wrong . We had an old unit and they even had the parts on the truck. Had it fixed within a hour or so. Reasonable prices. Great and friendly service. Highly recommend. Thank you Josh & Henry

Amazing customer service and will diagnose the problem and not try to replace the entire unit when a simple fix is all that’s needed. PHC has done everything from a simple fix to a complete system change out for me over the years. Honest and dependable, I’ve referred them to my parents and several friends.
