Awesome customer service! I contacted Paynes Heat & Air, to perform maintenance and repair on my outside AC unit that was making a terrible noise. They sent a technician the very same day! Their technician arrived at my door, despite my poor directions. Buck was knowledgeable and personable. He repaired and performed the maintenance on our outside unit on the same day I contacted them. The company and personnel went above and beyond expectations!

We needed new heating and air conditioning units, Mr. Payne and his crew were done within 2 days (The air ducts all had to be replaced too). The whole crew were at all times professional and courteous. When the heat and air went on for the first time, our whole home quickly and efficiently either heated up or cooled down. Two thumbs up for Paynes Heat & Air!
