    Absolutely amazing. Professional, thorough, we have never had a company that has been to great all around! HIGHLY recommend. We purchased their annual service plan (which I am normally vary wary of) and theirs is a fantastic deal and they literally go through the system with a fine toothed comb and take tons of pictures of their work. Just cant say enough about them!

    Service to HVAC units was great. Technician identified a failed part that was under warranty. It was replaced at no charge. He also found a capacitor that was burned up. Quickly replaced capacitor and also installed a starter kit on one unit. I did find a problem in the attic where OSB decking was broken from the technician standing on it. The frustration isnt the wood section broke, its the fact he failed to tell me it broke.

    I called Patriot to give me a second opinion after another AC firm said that my rattling compressor was low on refrigerant and needing replacement costing $3,000. The Patriot technician was very knowledgeable, did a thorough diagnostic and concluded that the compressor is operating fine. He showed me how the other companyā€™s tech either was just mistaken or misled me on a gauge reading indicating the compressor was bad. There was also adequate refrigerant. I appreciate the thoroughness and integrity of Patriot and will call them back for further servicing, beginning this fall with a furnace tuneup.

I had a house under contract and the inspector recommend A/C service. We had a tight closing timeline and Randy was able to come check things out in a rush, do a thorough inspection and full A/C service.He provided an in depth report to everything he did and results of all of the testing, providing more than ample documentation to put the buyers at ease.I should also mention that Carla was amazing to work with getting things scheduled, sending text reminders, and has amazing follow up.Bottom line I highly recommend Patriot Comfort Services, I know I can trust them, and trust them with my clients.

    Great customer service! Carla in the office was fantastic, and our technician Patrick was amazingly friendly and professional. Our heater went out over the weekend and they were able to come out quickly and identify the problem. A part had to be ordered so it couldnā€™t be fixed same day, but communication was great, scheduling was easy with specific times, and the issue was resolved as soon as possible. Highly recommend!!

    Highly highly recommend Patriot Comfort Air. They are professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I called Patriot to get a second estimate after being told by a different company that we needed 2 new air conditioning units and 2 new furnaces for a total cost of over $30,000. Our units were only 8 years old. Patriot came out and made repairs for under $1,000 and said our units did not need to replaced at all. Thank you Patriot Comfort Air.     Two reviews in one! I reached out to Patriot Comfort Services when I had a drain overflow about a month ago from the AC. Just some slow water dripping on the exterior of the house. I contacted them and they fixed the issue and serviced my AC fully. They cleaned out the coils on my unit and ran a thorough inspection of my AC. They also showed me videos of the work they performed. During the inspection they ran a test on my capacitor and showed it was close to going out after about six years. I put off the repair, and what do you know yesterday it failed. I came home to a 82Ā° house And I knew right away what the problem probably was. No worries, I contacted them for service yesterday and they came out right away and had me up and running in less than 2 hours. The sales tech Randy not only showed how knowledgeable he was, he was punctual on both visits and very friendly. I will be trusting them for the duration with all my air conditioning needs. Five stars ā­ ā­ ā­ ā­ ā­ would recommend!

It felt like anytime Quigley checked our system they found something wrong.Randy from Patriot came highly recommended so I asked him for a second opinion. He came to our house and confirmed there was no leak and he didnā€™t even charge us. So glad we called an honest company. Stay clear of Quigley.
