Used for assistance on a hot house this weekend (8/18/24). Answered the phone quickly, was able to respond within 24 hours on a weekend. Technician Kyle McCune seemed fair and honest with me. Explained issue with my outdoor unit well and replaced broken A/C parts within the hour. Indoor temperatures much better within an hour in this 108 F Oklahoma summer heat. From dispatch to work completion I am very happy with Patriot Air solutions! I recommend highly having been price gouged by other companies in the past in Lawton, OK!

Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had! We knew we had to replace our A/C. To start Blake was very knowledgeable about what he thought would be a good option for us and he explained everything to us. The next day Diego and his crew showed up. They were very pleasant and did the job of install quickly. I was shocked how these younger gentleman knew exactly what they were doing, they were very educated in their job. They installed my new unit and I can’t be happier!! Plus a service plan so I get to see them again!!!Best! Hands down!!

He explained the entire process while performing diagnosis, which he found that the contactor was bad and replaced an incorrect thermostat that prevented the outside from operating efficiently.I also want to thank Megan (sp) for assigning Diego to this assignment. My AC wasnt blowing enough air, so we decided to give Patriot air a call. Tech came out fast, his name was Joey Smith. Very knowledgeable, respectful tech. He walked me through all the possible solutions and problems. He was very transparent about what needed to happen with the work. He did a full diagnostic and I mean everything. Showed me all the numbers and explained what was good and bad. Luckily the system just needed a cleaning. He cleaned out the inside unit and the outside unit. They dont try to upsell you or overcharge. They legit seem like they care and I cant say enough good things about the tech who came out to our property. If you are having AC problems dont hesitate to give these guys a call. Worth every penny. I spent about $500 that day and that was for a weekend call out, inside unit clearing, outside unit cleaning, and a full system diagnostic. And like I said they are super thorough.

Had a concern due the extreme cold weather and a fire smell that set off our smoke detectors. Called them at 0730 and they came out an hour earlier than predicted. Super helpful and was able to find the issue causing the smell and make several repairs to the furnace unit that a different company “forgot” to during install. The gentleman was professional and looked over our exterior unit as well to insure no issues or concerns were found. Would recommend!

I havent ever written a business review before, so let me just say it like this. Last week, when the temps hit 109 at my studio, my A/C unit died an untimely and brutal death. Needless to say, I was desperate for timely assistance. I called a few local places and things werent looking so good. Luckily, my nephew told me about Patriot Air Solutions, and God Bless his heart! The patriots came to the rescue. Tanner and Diego were exceptionally skilled, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Hands down the best HVAC company.My unit wasn’t running quite right last summer and boy was it getting hot in my house. They came out within the hour and took care of the situation. They taught me how to maintain the cleanliness of the outside unit (the build up was the cause of it not cooling). A company willing to educate a customer to avoid a bigger cost later on is above and beyond in my book.This summer I had to call because something outside didn’t sound quite right with the fan. They sent someone out within an hr again. Diego called to let me know he was on the way and he managed to figure out the cause quickly. He made quick repairs and double checked other things to make sure nothing else was going on. He took the time to explain the situation and the best course of action. He is a great journeyman!My parents even signed up for their maintenance plan. When a certain local company decided to shut up shop without a word to their customers, Patriot was there to take care of them. It’s always in a quick manner and top notch service. They had Joey come out to take care of something and immediately my mom said he was so kind and knowledgeable. She said she wants him every time!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! I’ve been told by many technicians they fixed my heater but it never worked- I decided to try one more time- my insurance sent Patriot Air. Thank the Lord! Every single person I had contact with was incredible, patient, kind, informative and truly cared. The technicians that entered my home were professional, knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. They worked until the job was completed and never made an excuse or just told me get a new one. They solved two problems but then found my wiring was backwards and FIXED it!!! The tech seemed as excited as I was was which showed me he truly cared beyond just a job- it was pride in his work- a puzzle to solve, he comforted me in stating to please call if I had any questions or concerns- turns out with my luck it started to sound like the whole heater was going to fly away. I called late expecting a voicemail and the receptionist answered and was just so so sweet. They came again today- dang Fritos bag was caught in the fan- the tech replaced the filter I just bought and for the first time since I’ve owned my home- (1/8/21) I have a working heater!!!!!!!!! No more freezing or walking around like blanket burritos for this family! I am so grateful to the entire staff!

Diego and his helper showed up when scheduled. Conducted detailed assessment of the job and created a parts list. They procured all the parts and returned to start the job. They were very informative and forthcoming about what they were doing and why. Both were very conscientious and focused on the job at hand. Couldnt be happier with the job they did and the cleanliness of the area when they finished. With the installation of the dampners, theres now a consistent temperature throughout the house. Never understood why dampeners werent installed by the company that installed the HVAC unit. Makes no sense for a larger home. Will definitely be using Patriot Air for any future HVAC needs.Requested a follow-up to fine tune the air balance and flow. Diego was here on time and did a full check out lof the system flow. As always Diego was professional and completely courteous. Took the time to explain everything he did and how the system was working and offered a couple of suggestions on how to help the systems performance. Cant go wrong with Patriot Air.
