    I commend Panhandle pro Air.I might of had to wait 2weeks for my AC to working ; definitely worth the wait . When talking to Bryson , talked to me like a friend and who showed up on time ; actually earlier and called me stayed in contact, reassured me and the issue resolved in two days . GAVE ME ANSWERS AND DIDNT STALL ME .

    Checked our A/C and heater today. Theyre very fast and efficient. Really polite guys. In and out the house without making a mess. Highly appreciate them coming to check the heater before it really gets cold here in Amarillo. Would be asking them to come again before summer to check our A/C to be ready for the heat. Highly recommend these guys!

    Bryson is exceptional young man and has a great business. My heater malfunctioned during a severe cold spell and he came out in a couple of hours. Bryson very professional and knowledgeable explained in depth the broken part and his procedure to replace it. Im short the heat was back on! He also took the time (without me asking) to check my smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detector and encouraged me to replace the unit with the correct MERV filter.I highly recommend Panhandle ProAir of Amarillo for all your HVAC needs.

    Our 27 year old heater went out the week of some of the coldest weather in February. Bryson came within the hour of our call. We knew we were going to have to replace the whole unit before he even came. He gave us a quote for the job and within a few days it was in and running. Bryson was professional, ON TIME EVERY TIME, worked the whole time, explained each step if I had questions. He and his helper cleaned as they went. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Panhandle Pro Air if you are needing Heating/Air Conditioning ... also, if you know it is coming now is the time while it is still cool outside as is easier to stay in the attic for longer periods of time and shorten the installation process :)
