Fantastic and quick service. Our upstairs unit went out two days before the hurricane hit. Richard came to my home the day before the hurricane and had my parts ordered before all the electricity went out. The day our electricity came back on he showed up and fixed my unit, even though the job turned out to be bigger than it was originally anticipated. Will definitely call him, if needed, and will tell my friends about him and his helper!

Rick Berri and his company has been taking care of my dad for 20 years. Within the last five years he installed some new equipment to my dad‘s home. Yesterday my 90 year old dad‘s air conditioner went out and I was very scared. I ended up calling at 10:45pm and Mr. Barri answered the phone. He told me he was four days behind in getting work done but he would take a look at dad‘s house tomorrow considering his age. I really appreciated that he did that for us. Mr. Berri was able to take care of dad’s problem the same day that the problem was found. I highly recommend Palacios Air repair. Thank you Mr.Berri!

Awesome local business! Fast response, they got here quick and got the AC up and running just as fast. Ours was a minor repair but the technician was very knowledgeable, gave me a few tips on how to prevent future problems and answered all my questions. Very reasonable rate as well. Over all great experience and will be calling again!

Rick, the owner of Palacios Air Repair, is the kindest, most honest, and wonderful person you can ever do business with. You can ask anyone local and they will tell you the same. My heater happened to stop working on one of the few coldest days here in our part of Texas (30 degrees....brrr) and Im so worried. I texted Rick, and he responded within 15 minutes, and at my house shortly. He even skipped lunch to assist me first. He inspected my furnace and found some debris/rust, removed it, and it magically works again. Rick is very professional, and I only trust him with all my A/C and heater needs.

Friday evening about 5 pm our a/c died. I thought that the earliest I could get a repairman out would be Monday. Then they would probably have to order parts. We would be without a/c at the hottest times recorded for July. I decided to call Richard at Palacios Air and since it was after hours at least I could leave a voice mail. To my surprise after 5 pm the phone was answered. Richard had left Ralph to answer any late emergency calls. Ralph once again surprised me and told me he would be right over. Within twenty minutes Ralph pulled up and began to search for me problem. The search for the solution lasted until almost 7pm because several things were causing problems. He said he had to go back to the office and see if they had the needed parts. I asked the probability of having the parts and he replied knowing his boss Richard the chances of having parts on hand was good. He left but told me not to worry he would be back. Within thirty or so minutes he was back and both in the attic and outside at the unit working. Still he had problems and discovered our thermostat was also faulty….but he had another. He stayed and worked till almost 9 pm and fixed the unit. I thanked him and he replied no need to thank me…”that’s what we do”. They certainly go the extra mile for their customers and their service and sales are miles above the competition. Richard has called several times since this service event just to check if everything is ok. Because “that’s what they do”. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend Richard, Ralph, and Palacios Air to everyone.

Our 4yr old AC system went out after an electric outage during our recent freeze in Palacios TX. I called in the evening, and the next morning Richard was out with the proper parts and replaced our blower motor in about 40 minutes. He is always quick to respond when we call, if available.. He stands by his word and the warranties are awesome. Besides this, Richard is just a nice guy, and friendly. Always leaves you with a blessing whether you want it or not. 👍 Great service.

Palacios Air Repair did an outstanding job replacing our old Goodman AC/Heating unit with a new Lennox!!! They were in and out of our home in 3 1/2 hours, total installation time. The guys who did the work have at least 20 years experience in the business and it showed! The most professional, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous folks to hire for HVAC work! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Rick, the owner, he was easy to work with as well. If you need any AC repairs or new installation, I highly recommend Palacios Air Repair.

Ive used this company for years....they have saved our butts on more than one occasion as we are limping along on an old A/C unit before we build a new house.The owner is awesome....and the service techs are professional and friendly.There cant be a better A/C contrator in the Palacios area

Use them!! So I called them, it’s a Friday evening, wasn’t expecting the amazing service I got! I’m beyond great full and blessed for the great work. We talked for 5 mins he said he would be right there. He was here for less than 20 mins and my hvac started running again. Just amazing service and definitely will be recommending to anybody and everybody! The blessing I got in this Texas heat I will never forget. ♥️ definitely recommend 110 percent!

My wife & I are elderly residence here in Palacios Tx.. Our Central A/C went out over a week ago so and I figured that it needed replaced. It is 15 years old. I called Palacios A/C repair and the owner Richard and he said he could stop by that night and look at it. It was 5:00 pm and Richard showed up 20 min. later. He took a look and found a bad connection was the problem. Within 10 min , the AC unit in the attic was blowing out cold air. He said we did not need a new system ! WOW ! Called Rick on a Friday afternoon and he arrived within 2 hours. Arrived at 8:15am the next Tuesday with three experienced AC installers and replaced the entire 15 year old system and ducts. AC was online and cooling at 4:30pm. Fair pricing, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt. Highly recommended.
