I can not say enough great things about Ralph and his team. My fan went out on my less than 5 year old TRANE unit and I called the individuals that installed it and they gave me a quote of $750 to replace the motor (even though it was under warranty). They stated it was due to having to pay shipping and handling of $268 and then service fees, tech fees, call fees and such. I started calling around to see if this was the case and to get other quotes because it just did not make sense to be charged a shipping/handling fee on something the technician was driving to pick up in the city. Then I stumbled on Ralphs A/C. The professionalism and attention with which he listened to me and later explained everything that was ACTUALLY needed/required was truly a breath of fresh air (LITERALLY). They only charged for labor and service, the tech was on time and courteous/professional, the job was completed quickly and efficiently. I have been telling friends/family/co-workers and all about the great service and I hope that Ralph and his crew achieve great success because it is this work ethic and commitment to caring for your customers in a fair manner that will continue to build a reputable and thriving success.
