Amazing job! Several of my coworkers recommended Randy to me and was great!! He is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The job on our AC unit was simple and he fixed it in no time. He didn’t try to stack on more repairs. We will only use him in the future!!!

I needed to replace a 20 year old unit that cools my upstairs portion of my home. The AC company I had a history with no longer services my area so I was forced to shop around and I couldnt be happier with the results. Every single part of the process was smooth. Blake did a quick look over and was able to offer a couple options and showed me the pro and cons of each. Once I settled on the unit, they were able to get me in the schedule quickly and the work was fantastic. The new unit has been amazing, and Ive seen a noticeable difference in the cooling of the house and my electric bill. Im excited to see how the heat pump works this winter. I now have an AC company I am excited to recommend.

Cant say enough good things about Randy! He came recommended to me from a local HVAC supply store and I am happy that I asked. Our ac stopped working right before Labor Day weekend and he came out quick to help. 1st with loading freon and then installing a new motor. He was quick to reply, show up and follow up. He was always professional and super polite. He never tried to upcharge or convince us we needed something that we didnt. Very thorough with his work and efficient. Will use him again and highly recommend 10/10

No BS, no sales pitch, and peace of mind. You owe it to yourself to get a quote from Osborn.. Felt like I was talking to an old friend.. Dont be afraid to ask questions, they will not sell you equipment you do not need. (Hats off to Blake & Jake).. Updating the air handler up the the attic. Had already settled on a company to do the repairs & was scheduled. Ran into Blake by chance who politely told me I was probably paying too much for the work. After he stopped by and reviewed the work we needed we easily changed to Osborn to do the work. There is an old saying People do what you inspect, not what you expect!. Work was scheduled the next day, they were on time, extremely professional, and they went the extra mile on all the small details. It was my day off, so I saw all the parts removed, and what was installed.. Long story short, Osborn AC LLC really helped me and my family. We saved money, and created a future link to professional AC Service. God Bless you...

Blake and Randy done service for my family for years. Had them install a 15 seer heat pump and not only done in a timely fashion but saved me a lot of money on my electric bill! Extremely profession in all aspects and will not be using anyone else to conduct service/maintenance on my systems.

Randy, Blake, and Jake were all amazing today! I called Blake last night because our AC wasnt working. He got up early to come see me first thing this morning, and broke the bad news to us. Our HVAC unit was crapped out, and the system needed to be replaced.Blake told me not to worry about it, and he could get it fixed THE SAME DAY!! They stayed from 1 PM - 6:30 PM putting in a whole new system. And the whole time they were loving on our dogs, were very polite, kind, and courteous. They put down tarps so my floors didnt get scuffed up, updated me on the progress every so often, and cleaned up after themselves!You really need to trust these guys. I never once felt anyone reaching into my back pocket, and felt like they actually cared about my home like it was theirs. I wouldnt trust anyone else to enter my home.

Super Heros wear Dri Fit and head lamps! If you seek honesty, trustworthiness and Integrity, Osborne should be your AC/Heating company of choice. On the hottest day of the year yet I came home to a frozen AC. The time was nearing what most places would consider after business hours Not Blake, he listened to my tale of woe and was at my door 15 minutes later. He accessed the problem, explained everything to me and began his work in the inferno aka attic. Soaked but still smiling, he finished up and left. (VERY fair pricing as well) 10 minutes later it was frozen again. I called back, he listened and knew what else it could be and promptly, back he came. Again he showed me what was broken and how he would fix it.(9:30pm). Thankfully shortly after, all was cool on Planet Deb. I cant thank him enough for going (IMO) above and beyond. Customer for life here! :) You really shouldnt look any further yall

Randy is my hero! He came to my house in an ice storm to fix my heater. Found it was a simple cleaning of a sensor. He charged very little and was upfront an honest. I will never call another person again; he’s my guy.
