I cannot say enough about how great my experience with Optimum has been. I originally had them do work on my a/c that was covered by my home warranty but I recently had an issue that was not covered by my warranty. Austin from Optimum had to do some research and then called me with a quote. He was prompt in scheduling a time and when another issue came up, he came back and repaired it. He has been to my townhouse about 4 times and each time, he calls 30 minutes before hes to arrive, he explains the work hes going to do and gives me tips to keep my a/c running at its best. I would recommend him and Optimum to anyone and will definitely call them again when needed! Thanks Optimum and Austin for the great customer service!

Service Specialist Michael did a fantastic job! He was very kind, and very knowledgeable! It took less than an hour to get my A/C back up and running from the time they were supposed to arrive to the time he left. Plus, they arrived several hours before the scheduled to arrive time. And phoned prior to arrival to make sure it was okay to come early!

I have had a problem with my cooling coils on my old AC unit since last year so I decided to call a few companies to get a quote for coil replacement and complete unit replacement. Optimum Air came out to give me an estimate the same day and they were the first of four companies I had called. Mike gave it a quick look since I already knew the coils needed to be replaced. He priced me all my options quickly and I decided didnt make sense to keep dropping money into a 19 year old unit. We settled on a unit and they were out the next day to install it. Three very polite young men were on time and started right away. Couple of hours and the unit in the attic and the compressor out back were replaced and the old unit hauled away. They cleaned up after themselves well and I have nothing but praises for my experience with Optimum Air Co. Great deal, quick and professional service. Happy as can be.

Ive had Optimum Air out to fix 2 separate issues. Both times, I was treated with courtesy and respect while he quickly and professionally diagnosed and fixed the issue with my unit. I wish more companies were like them!

Michael was on time for my appointment and was able to fix my situation in no time. It was good to see the owner of the company come out and actually interact with the customers and it was also good to support a local business. He was very knowledgeable about what issues I had and what needed to be resolved. Id had a negative experience with someone from their company ( who is no longer with them per Michael), and he was very apologetic about that experience, and this went a long way to restoring my confidence. While probably not the cheapest out there, I will definitely keep them as my company to use because of the quality of the work done.

Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night. My husband and I woke up to a house that was a mere 58 degrees! Austin from Optimum Air arrived and fix our heater with ease. Now we are warm and cozy without worrying about freezing in the winter months. We definitely will call them in the future if the need arises. We were very impressed with Optimum Airs professionalism, hard work and impeccable customer service.

Our AC system went down so we called optimum air based on the reviews. Michael was on time and very friendly. He really went out of his way to make sure his service was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. He even helped me convince my thermostat company that their unit was bad. I definitely recommend him for your hvac needs.

I found my new A/C company. My ceiling was leaking because of my A/C. After 2 other A/C companies came out to unsuccessfully repair it, I met a guy at the corner store. He gave me his card and I called immediately and was pleasantly surprised to find that they fit me in that day and by that evening they were at my house. We could have put another $500 into a 15 year old a/c that didnt work well anyways or buy a new one that would save us money in the long run. Austin gave us the option and didnt push us to make the decision. He just gave us the facts and showed us how to save money. We let the guys in as we went to work. We came home and they were almost done. They explained everything and even cleaned the mess up that our A/C made. An A+ company. I would certainly use them again and tell my friends about them.

The absolute nicest man came out to my home yesterday to fix my heat that was not working downstairs, his name is Joel. Joel was just awesome, and he got me up and running. The outside motor quit working on our heat pump. Optimum Air was assigned from our home warranty company. Austin came out promptly and took care of the problem! Professional and competent! Thank you so much
