Michael “Wolf” was amazing. We have sadly been burnt in the past so when He came to fix our AC and stayed until everything was perfect, we were so grateful. He was beyond kind, thorough, and determined. He explained EVERYTHING to us and made sure we were in the loop with what was going on. He went out of his way to get our AC fixed completely today. Edward fixed our tub in 20 minutes! He was our 2nd opinion because Mr. Rooter wanted me to spend an additional $250+ for a camera on the spot and turns out we didn’t even need a camera!
