I used On Time Experts today for the first time. It was a great experience from my very first phone call to schedule the appointment. The office staff was friendly and very efficient. My appointment was confirmed several times to be sure I would be home and I received updates concerning their exact arrival time. The techs George & Marcos were awesome . Very polite and friendly with both me and my dog . Every step of the inspection and cleaning was explained and documented . I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan and feel confident about that decision . I highly recommend this company .

Dominic showed up on time, same day, and was quickly able to diagnose why our home was not heating identifying the issue to be a failed damper motor. Replacement parts were picked up and installed thus resolving our problem quickly and efficiently.This company also does a lot giving back to the communities that they serve by offering amazing discounts and services to Military both active and veterans, and first responders. Thanks to On Time Experts, I now have piece of mind that the maintenance conducted on my HVAC system is quality and top notch!I think over all the best part of the service is that Dominic didnt mind that I asked a lot of questions and observed the diagnoses process. He came out same day, put in a new disconnect box and transformer. Heat is back up and running once I get a new Ecobee (power surge blew it out). He was courteous, polite and very helpful.

The service technician, Marco, arrived on time and thoroughly inspected and cleaned both my units, the inside unit and outside unit, including the furnaces. Our prior company did not clean as thoroughly.Marco was courteous and did something I haven’t seen before: he cleaned up after himself even vacuuming the floor where a little insulation from the attic had fallen.Marco pointed out two things that he recommended we keep an eye on and recommended we correct. He took apart the systems and cleaned everything, including the internal blower fan that was pretty dirty.I would recommend the On Time Experts without hesitation as the value is truly there along with the technical expertise.

I love this company. When the AC goes south its great to know that they are there same day when you need them! Ive been using them for several years now...for heating,, AC and plumbing and I recommend them highly. Lately Ive been really appreciating the communication I get from them prior to the techs arriving at my house. Its really helpful because Im always updated on their arrival time. I also appreciate the fact that they are there for the consumer on nights and weekends. Several times theyve saved the day on a holiday weekend. Today Joseph and Sean did a great job of servicing my HVAC unit and getting it to 100% efficiency for the hot summer weather. All in all an awesome company that is built on integrity and top notch customer service.

This was my first experience with On Time Experts. I had seen multiple commercials on a local DFW station about an AC check up special. When my AC went out, I decided to give them a call. I was told that the diagnostic charge was $95. A bit later in the conversation the woman asked if I was interested in learning about the membership. No pressure - just the information. It turns out that the membership is a really good deal (more than pays for itself!!) The technicians, Joey and Chase, arrived on time, were very courteous and answered all my questions. I am extremely pleased with the entire recent remove and install experience involving replacement of my 23 year old hvac system with a new Carrier system. I would have never believed the install could be completed in about 9 hours. The organization and communication was great. Someone must have been in the military to get all this together and flow like it did. Another important element was the available financing package. And the little things always make a difference (received the cookies today). Follow up for getting our propane water heaters back on was very prompt.

We have had an On Time Experts service warranty now for about 2 years. MJ was our technician today, coming for the regular seasonal system check. He was very thorough and explained things as he went. He found the system low on refrigerant and readings were off. It turned out that the coils were rusting, apparently due to a leak. He got us in touch with a manager and we got a great deal on a new system, while M J sat with us and facilitated the conversation. I recommend M J, and we have designated him as our preferred technician for our ongoing service.

Dominic came out to give us a quote. He was very friendly and extremely professional. He came in and listened to me extensively explain our issue, asked questions, checked out every part of our HVAC and duct system. Checked out parts I didn’t know existed! He saw an issue in our attic unrelated and let us know about the problem. He was also very patient and forgiving when he discovered there were rat traps in the attic he’d been crawling around next to! We bought the house 1.5 years ago and did not know! I felt so bad, luckily he was unharmed. Dominic spent 40 minutes crunching numbers for us with his boss Matthew trying to get a quote for us that both helped us and worked for them. They were thorough in explaining the problem, explaining the work that needs to be done, and were honest that even if we didn’t go with them, don’t do any less than that because the issue will only reoccur. They did a few other things too, really went above and beyond as best they could for us. Dominic and Matthew were both super great and I highly recommend giving them a chance.

The trainee forgot to turn the breaker back on. But, Im positive he told his trainee to turn it back on. He told him twice. The unit is much quieter since the maintenance. I dont hear the AC come on, I just feel the cool air. If you need service, request Collin.Im writing this review at 1:30a. Its a Sunday. I had my HVAC system serviced on Saturday. Im not sure what they did, but the AC isnt working. Its holding a temperature of 80°F. I called the emergency 24-hour service line, and there was no tech available. Now, Im leery of using them to replace my HVAC system.

They quickly found the cause of the issue, broke down the different pricing plans and what the membership would offer, and made it easy to figure out what plan of action would be best. I am so thankful for them getting the job done and my house is no longer 90+ degrees. LIFE SAVERS! My AC unit conveniently kicked off at 7pm on a Saturday, and on time experts promptly sent somebody out (within an hour), to diagnose and fix the AC that night. My wife and I have 3 dogs that don’t do well in the heat, so the quick fix was essential to us being able to stay in the house overnight.I want to specifically want to shout out Bernie, the technician who came out. Extremely professional, and even let me watch as he fixed the unit so that I can learn. He was a breath of cold air, and will be requesting him for out maintenance from here on out!
