    Joe was On Time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and had a high degree of customer service. He answered all questions, guided us through the system repair. He provided information on all services and any future appointments that we were interested in receiving.He ensured that our membership information was accurate, military discounts in place, and that the system was fully functioning before leaving.On Time Experts came through within hours during a freeze for a heater that wasnt functioning! Our family is very grateful!Excellent work!

    Initially called to schedule system tune up before winter and had $59.99 coupon. Once I called I was told that my tune up was free for being a veteran- awesome. Upon arriving for service- Marco was very kind and explained everything thoroughly and gave me a pamphlet explaining “Randy’s heroes” which provides general maintenance, including plumbing, service.Upon inspection while cleaning furnace unit he found the blower motor shaft extremely loose. With this unit being 20 years old and winter coming I chose to have it changed which he did quickly. He completed checking all else including the outside unit - all else good. I now have a system ready for the winter and feel more comfortable knowing it’s been checked, cleaned and serviced by a professional plus having the free maintenance plan and new blower with capacitor warranty backing everything up.     On time Experts are the best. I called for an appointment as my Auxiliary heat was not working at all. The temperature on 2/19 was 13 degrees. My appointment was scheduled and technician/ Evan arrived within a (2)hour window. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issue. Got a history of the unit and when issue was noticed. Answered all my questions. Provided me with estimate for repair with a membership or without. Shared photographs of each component. Advised of future maintenance repairs. Anywho, I was very pleased as my home was warm again in a timely manner. I was pleased with my choice of selecting On Time Experts for the first time. Evan has outstanding customer service and technical/mechanical expertise. I highly recommend On Time Experts. Great value for the price and peace of Mind!!

    Evan is always great. He is courteous and always professional. He works efficiently and quietly, which is important because I work remotely.     Kenneth Pride was our technician and he was absolutely wonderful. He was kind and compassionate. He was very helpful and informative. He really listened to my concerns and showed great understanding for the situation. He made sure to include me (the wife) in the full conversation just as much as he was spoke with my husband. He made me feel so comfortable with the decisions that needed to be made. He spoke honestly and really showed so much humanity. It truly did not feel like a business transaction or like he was just trying to make a sale. I felt he treated us how he would treat his own family. Overall great experience for such an unexpected and stressful situation.

He was extremely thorough, did a fantastic job answering all my questions, and explained everything he was doing as he worked.     David diagnosed the issue and provided options on correcting our problem. We have had an ongoing issue with our system but this service will take care of that and will be operating more efficiently, just in time for summer.David was very knowledgeable and seeked self improvement to help the new hire training with him.     Kyle and Kevin were on time.I actually had 3 plumbing issues, they fixed all of them in a timely manner.They were courteous and considerate.I especially liked that they used the shoe covers, every time they had to go outside they put them back on.I am very pleased.

    We had our heater go out and Kenneth “KP” came out to see what the issue was. KP was professional and thorough when completing his inspection. KP also explained every step of the way so it was easy to understand what he was looking at or for. My husband had another company come out earlier in the week that gave a much higher quote and would not receive the part needed for another 3-4 weeks. However, KP was able to give us a lower cost than the previous company for the repair, locate the part and immediately put in an order! We will soon be warm in our home again in two days! Thank you KP! You were definitely our hero today!

    Evan arrived right on time and conducted my semiannual maintenance on my HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and professional and provided some important tips. He put in a new filter and added something to prevent algae from clogging the drain. It was a bit expensive, but he was able to apply a coupon to help defray a lot of that expense. Great service!

    My 1st experience with the On Time Experts team was scheduled for HVAC maintenance which turned into a service repair because of my heater not blowing warm air. Alex was extremely courteous and respectful. He was very transparent and explained everything in detail. Even the part about reaching out to a Sr tech (David) who had more experience.     I was so happy with the service call with On Time Expert. Kenneth was polite, very knowledgeable and explained every step of the inspection process. It was a 62 point checkup and he sent pictures of the condition of all of the areas he reviewed. The cleaning of my unit was so thorough. Kenneth most recently serviced our home and spent almost 3 hours servicing our heating and cooling units. He answered all of our questions and was very professional.     I had a problem with my new air conditioner the heating unit was not working. On Time Experts sent Chris out to study the problem and within a very short period of time after analyzing the situation, he he found the problem and it was in my thermostat. He immediately got to work and within a short period of time it was fixed he tested my heater and it came on, he also tested to make sure my air conditioner would still come on and it didn’t I appreciate how thorough he was and I would be happy to see him anytime in the future. Should I have a problem I can count on Chris Defined incorrect the problemBarry with On Time Experts came to service myAC/heating unit as part of my yearly contract. I was his first call for the day and he arrived a little bit early and that delighted me. He was courteous and couldn’t have been friendlier. He performed the usual work done for a maintenance check. Fortunately l didn’t need any extra work done. Barry just pointed out two things not immediately needed that l could do down the line to help extend the life of my unit. I am very happy with the service l get from the company and appreciate how knowledgeable their technicians are. I am happy to recommend Barry.

    Troy was scheduled to come out and provide maintenance and in doing so he was able to identify an issue in which he had not seen before, steam coming from flute pipe. He then came back onsite with Fabian and Richard whom were able to provide more info on this steam and check a couple other things.     The On Time Experts are aptly named. I had the pleasure of having one of their plumbing experts; Kevin, come to my home and unclog my kitchen sink today. The man was the epitome of on time and expert. He arrived on time ready to solve my problem. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and treated me like family. As a disabled veteran, I appreciated the welcome to the Brians Heroes Front of the Line Family program for first responders and military. It is truly special to see a local company with such poise and dedication to service. Kevin had my sink unclogged very quickly with ZERO WATER WASTE OR MESS!!! He was like a surgeon under my sink. In addition, he flushed my water heater and inspected my home plumbing as a perk of being in the program. If you need help fast for plumbing or AC, give these folks a call. The office staff called me in less than 20 minutes after I booked online. They sent Kevin out on the same day and he was done before I had to pick up my son from school.     You guys did it again! When the winter weather kicked in this past week, we couldn’t get unit over 72 degrees. I called and they sent someone out within 3 hours.     We had a problem where our heating unit didnt seem to turn off and we werent achieving the desired Temperature. Bernie came out, diagnosed the problem and provided us with options. Zac isolated the issue, explained everything along the way, and gave a repair quote based on actually seeing the issues.     Ive only lived in my home 3 years. I had service done on both units (downstairs 5 yrs old, upstairs 15 yrs old) each year by other companies. The initial inspector before buying my home told me the smaller unit was a heat pump. I told the other companies that serviced me that one unit was a heat pump & 2 of them said they didnt think so without checking but once the went to the attic & saw that it was they gave no update & talked aroundthe subject. One other time a service person checked the attic & said yes its a heat pump & added freon but I asked a lot of questions that he couldnt truly answer, I dont think he knew how to explain how it worked; Im left with question marks. Your service person was the only one to tell me how old my units were & that the upstairs unit was leaking and how the heat pump worked. Knowing I need to replace the unit, Matt did an excellent job of giving me options (so did your service person, think his name was Chris) of how to maintain heating until Im ready to replace & high cost of this option. Im grateful for the time each person gave me & the thorough details on how to maintain my units is priceless. Found this company who did it free for Military and First Responders. I was like sign me up.     My husband and I had a regularly scheduled maintenance visit to prepare for the upcoming winter. Upon this visit, we were informed of several problems affecting our air conditioning system. We were expecting some not so good news, as our system is over 10 years old, and we were starting to experience problems. Considering options to repair the problem areas (there were several), or replacing and updating the whole system, we chose the latter. The gentleman who came to service our system was such a wonderful representative. He was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and never pushy. We never felt we put into a position where we had to make an immediate decision on whether to repair or replace our system. MJ Singh, the gentleman who came to our home, was very patient with us, and answered every question we had. He showed us comparisons regarding the effect a new system would have on our electric bill if we replaced the whole system, versus if we did not. He informed us of the change that will be made starting January 1, 2025 when the type of coolant our present unit uses will no longer be available. We have been a loyal member of On Time since 2008. We decided to replace the complete system including the warranties, and proceeded with the application. After our application was approved with the assistance of a manager (via zoom) named Tony, were were taken step by step to complete our agreement to purchase a whole new system. He was equally as thorough and very professional. Because we have been loyal members of On Time since 2008, we were given a discount. We also received discounts for my husbands military service and for being senior citizens (were both in our 80s). Everything was made easy, and after all paperwork was signed (electronically), we were scheduled for the work to be started the next day. I cant say enough good things about On Time, and this is just another reason why we have remained loyal customers for 16+ years.     My experiences with On Time Experts couldn’t be better. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been prompt, friendly, courteous and professional. Evan arrived right on time yesterday to service my A/C system. Not only did he do the required work, he volunteered to bring down Christmas decorations from the attic. He also cleaned an intake vent so I wouldn’t have to get on a ladder. Who do I talk to about adopting this young man?

    Justin correctly diagnosed the issue and made some recommendations. I had no idea that a system that the builder installed just 5 years ago would need major parts replaced so quickly.Justin checked to make sure the system was still under warranty and ordered the replacement part (saved me from a 7k repair). Gabe joined him to assist and they both worked late into the evening to not only get the air back on but the waited quite some time (more than an hour) to be sure that everything was working properly and that we were satisfied. I am more than pleased with the service and highly recommend OTE. Be sure to ask for Justin or Gabe! Thanks for your help!

    This is my second five star review for this incredible service organization. I had a lights out 911 emergency with a hot water heater going during the recent freeze and they weren’t able to get here as quickly as I wanted so I called someone else. Big mistake! They tried to get me to pay $800 just for a diagnosis fee. I sucked it up and waited a few more hours for the on-time experts to come and as always it was fair. It was honest it was effective and I was taken care of. These guys are full of integrity and an industry that is lacking it badly The KEVIN‘s Came to see me and those guys were awesome.

    Call On Time Experts due to Milestone not being available to come out after I noticed my water meter moving constantly without water running in the house. They were able to come out the very next morning to come check it. Kevin Rozell was very professional, honest, and efficient. After talking to him about what I’ve been seeing in the house, he checked my irrigation system and turned the valves off. That made the meter slow down tremendously. After talking to him, I decided to get someone out to check the irrigation. He agreed that would be the next step. I didn’t feel pressured to go through a leak detection and spend $600 around this time of year.

    Joe was out today and did a great job on the maintenance for my HVAC unit. He let me know what needed to be done to take care of my equipment to keep it functioning long term. He took pictures as he was going to document the process and show me things as he went through the steps. He told me everything he was doing and how it affected the performance. He gave me quotes on services I was interested in doing in the near future but not pressuring me to do it right this minute. I look forward to continuing to working with this company in the future!
