    I am truly grateful for the quick response I received from Oasis Services LLCVery professional and knowledgeable of what was going on with my unit. Turned out that I needed a new capacitor, and then unit was very dusty/ dirty and needed to be cleaned. They were out here with an hour and fixed all the repairs. I would highly recommend them for all AC service repairs, I am now on a routine schedule to have my AC unit serviced twice a year. Thank you for everything and God bless!

    Our AC went out Friday evening and I called around and was able to get someone to come check it out next day, however that company said they wouldn’t be able to fix it till Monday or Tuesday next week because the warehouses were closed and they wouldn’t be able to get the part I needed . My son referred me to Oasis Services, he contacted them, gave them all the information that they needed and advised me that they would be able to get one from their warehouse. They came out Saturday afternoon and their Techs got to work quickly as the temperature was extremely hot outside. They said that they would stay until everything was up and running which they did and at 9:30 at night. I had my AC back. I am truly thankful and blessed for their quick services.

    Richard is the most honest man in the business. He says what he means and backs it up with integrity. I have advised others to use him and they have all told me he took good care of them. When it was my turn to replace my AC, his team did it with great skill and care.     I am pleasantly surprised at how quick and responsive this company is. I am in the process of selling my home and there was so much I had to do to get my house ready. I was stressing about my A/C unit getting repaired in time for the sale and I know how busy some companies are, but when I called Oasis Services they were so quick to answer my message and they had a team member out almost immediately. All of the team members I worked with were very respectful. After inspecting my A/C, they promptly told me what was wrong and they knew exactly how to fix it. Everyone was very professional. Then I was surprised again at how fast they completed the repairs. We expected to have to wait weeks for ordered parts but they were able to come back the same day and install the replacement parts. I am so relieved I called them and Ill recommend them to anyone. They lifted all my stress about this process and the cost came out to be even more affordable than what I expected. When my current unit stopped working in the middle of August, I called Richard (owner) late in the day. He arrived in about 1 hour to diagnose the problem and provide options. I chose to have the unit replaced with a more efficient model, expecting to be added to a wait list. The Oasis team arrived early the next morning, and they had the entire project completed by early afternoon. WOW!     The Oasis team was fast and thorough...done within a day for a 4 ton complete AC/heater system attic replacement. I had called Richard the day before and the next day I was saving money with a new efficient system. Richard took the time to consult about possibilities for increasing air flow and comfort in my west facing master room. It did the trick after 20 seasons of hot/cold discomfort. Richard reviewed a quote I had received from another vendor and gave me the recommendation for the one I should choose. Through his willingness to educate me on the details I was sold on his trustworthiness. The team was professional with the details and clean up. The next day Richard texted me to see how the system was performing. The new thermostat (NEST) they installed is intuitive and efficient and can be remotely controlled through a phone app. I could not have asked for a better experience. Here is my story: My Home Warranty company had sent a company to do a diagnosis on my A/C.That diagnosis turned out to be totally WRONG!. Once Oasis came out I saw where the company sent by my Home Warranty completely misdiagnosed my issue. It would have cost me thousands if I had listened to their tech. Thank God for Oasis. They found the issue which happened to be a small part which the other company never took the time to troubleshoot. Oasis quickly replaced it. Jesus M. and Abdiel C. were very professional.     Our A/C started blowing hot this week. So we called Oasis Services LLC. They fit us in same day. As they were looking for the issue they discovered mold in our system. We had been experiencing unexplained symptoms but once we learned about the mold it all made sense.They are super booked but due to the mold they rearranged things and got us a new unit installed next day and at a great price.I couldn’t be happier with the service and am happy to say that I feel they went above and beyond to get my family taken care not just at a good price but in a great time. 😀😀

    We have been working with Richard/Oasis for a little over 9 years. In that time he has come to our rescue at least three times. The first time another company was trying to take advantage of me and he came in with honest pricing and repairs.The second time was when our furnace caught fire. It had been poorly installed by a different company. He replaced all units indoor and out for a very reasonable price.We have since moved. Our AC went out at the new home mid summer. They rearranged their schedule when they found out we had an infant. They did not charge us more. They just did the right thing. That is a big deal.

    Mr. Benevidas (owner) and his staff were very professional throughout the entire process. We needed to replace our entire unit and Mr. Benevidas came to our home and personally assessed our old unit and provided options for a new one. Once we decided on a unit he was very attentive with setting up an installation date within a week where he and his staff were very busy. Then to our surprise we received a call from Mr. Benevidas the very next day that he could fit us in within hours of his call. He and his staff arrived and worked diligently until the installation was completed. The staff was very courteous, clean and respectful from start to finish. They wore their mask the entire time as did we out of respect for them. Mr. Benevidas you run a great business. Top notch professionalism with a personal touch.     Had an issue with my condensate drain pipe as it kept backing up causing my A/C to leak from the air handler and dripping down to my living room. They came out the very next day after contacting them on a Sunday and was able to clear the clog to the drain line and even double checked to ensure that pressure levels and Freon levels were optimal to ensure that the home was remaining cool and the A/C was running at peak performance. Definitely recommend.

    Richard and his team are outstanding. We had a time slot for some faucet repairs, between 1 and 3pm. Steven arrived at 12:20, and was out the door by 12:45. He was professional, quick, and kind. He even gave me a tip on how to manage another repair until I can budget for them to come in the future, to fix it. I will definitely be using them again.
