    Wow! This company is fantastic. They replaced my unit while I was waiting on insurance money.     I called Nugent Mechanical because my heater was not working. After holding the line for less than a minute, they returned and said they could be out the same afternoon between 3 and 5 PM. About 3 o’clock, they called and had a technician on the way to see what was wrong with our heater. After about 45 minutes, they had the heater up and running. Nugent Mechanical has excellent customer service, and they have some of the best prices you can find on a new system in Lubbock, TX. Give them a chance, and you’ll be glad you did.

    Brook helped us to choose the right minisplit for our camp trailer. The tech came out and helped us know what support we needed to build to accomodate the install and then came back out and installed the unit the next day....having us ready to camp that weekend.     Excellent service.Requested help troubleshooting a Nest thermostat issue (not purchased from this company).The resolution turned out to be a hardware issue they were unable to solve and, even though the technician diligently spent an hour troubleshooting, would not invoice me.As an owner with employees under me, this was a big deal for me.Definitely recommend.
