I could not be any happier with my purchase and install Northside provided. Albert, Frank and the install team were all professional and took the proper precautions to prevent any damage to my home. Not only did they provide the best price, but they showed me where my other unit I purchased two years ago (by a competitor) was not installed properly and offered to correct it. I didn’t feel they were trying to up sell but genuinely wanted to ensure I was getting the best efficiency with the two units.During the install, Frank’s team took it upon themselves to clean up the duck work the previous company cut corners on. Further proving I had made the right choice to use Northside. While I don’t want to replace another HVAC unit anytime soon, when the time comes Northside, Albert and his team will get my business and always my recommendation!

I’m always happy with my service from Northside. Today, Jovan ccame in and took care of our system, replaced the filter, and cleaned our outside unit. We had a ‘unique’ situation where we weren’t in our home for almost a yearand he did a thorough job cleaning, as well as showing us before and after photos. He repeatedly asked if we had questions and was informative, polite, and professional. As I said, I’m always happy with my service from Northside and recommend them when the topic comes up.I’m also adding that it’s Decmber 31st and after 6pm. Jovan was out shortly before the holidays to perform our fall maintenance. It started to rain while he was working on the units in the attic. He immediately let me know that our roof was leaking (from a recent hail storm). What impressed me most about him was that he offered to help with the leak (get a bucket out of his truck and tape up the area that was leaking). That’s going the extra mile! Additionally, Jovan was professional, polite, and tidy. I will be requesting him going forward!

They were able to come to our location quickly. I was greeted by their friendly service technician, Johnny. He was thorough in his findings and very personable. I am happy with Northsides work they performed, and I am now on their annual maintenance program to ensure my units work efficiently and effectively.

We had a great experience with Northside. They were able to come to our property within 24 hours of calling. The tech showed up on time and called beforehand (as we requested so we could crate our dogs). We have a very small attic and Joseph was able to get in and assess our issue and give us an estimate for repair all on the same day! I will be using Northside again for all my HVAC issues!

My experience started when I shopped for a new HVAC system. I found several local companies with good reviews, then emailed 7 of them the exact same request: 5 ton unit base system, replace furnace and air handler, and clean our ducts. 5 companies insisted they had to come to the house, eliminating them from consideration. Albert was THE ONLY ONE who responded promptly with ALL the information I requested, but also gave me a highly detailed quote on six different systems.Weve been in our home 20+ years and Albert is the first one to confirm my suspicion we needed additional air returns to allow the system to run more efficiently. We had never been able to keep the temp under 78 but now with adequate air handling, the home is comfortable.The install was fast and clean. The install crew were courteous, conscientious and very professional. If you have to wait for them, I promise it will be worth it. Thanks Northside Air!

I had an old AC system replaced by Northside, furnace, coil and condenser, who did outstanding work. Not only were they incredibly thorough and professional from the very first assessment with Chuck, which included a proper heat load calculation, but they made improvement suggestions, planned to reorient my equipment in the attic and were extremely competitive on price. The installation crew was friendly, professional, communicative and blew me away with their creative install that passed inspection 2 days later. I took bids from 4 local companies, 2 took no heat loads so were disqualified immediately and the other sized properly but wasnt competitive on price. I wont hesitate to use or recommend Northside in the future. This is my AC company! 5 stars!

After a bit of a bumpy start to my option period, Northside sent one of their best technicians out at 8:30pm last night to evaluate the system on the home I’m under contract to purchase. The technician spent over an hour doing a very thorough evaluation and wrote up a full report. My family has used Northside for a long time and has come to expect this very high level of professionalism and service from them. I could not recommend them any more highly!

We had two thermostats that were out and needed someone to come out quick. It was easy to make an appt and Northside got a technician out the next day. Both of my thermostats were under warranty, thankfully, so I just had to pay for labor. The technician diagnosed the issue, ran to pick up two more thermostats, and came back to my house and installed them. All in the same day. Easy peasy!

I was extremely pleased with the process of getting a quote with plenty of options, having the job scheduled inside a one week turnaround, and the day of install. No job is without hiccups however my every need was met and then some. My century home hasnt had an attic this clean since it was brand new, and the duct work is absolutely impeccable. Looking forward to Texas summer for once!

Called around 1230, maybe later, for my office AC going out. I was told they could have someone out between 2-4p. I received a call from our tech Praimesh around 130p saying he would be there in 30 min. I was fully expecting him closer to 4 p.m. due to the short notice. He arrived at the time he said he would be there, and he had our AC running in less than 1.5 hrs. He was VERY professional, prompt, showed us his findings and then quickly took care of it. He was also very understanding of the fact that we didnt really understand the things he needed access to for him to fix the problem. He found what he needed and fixed it. He has 3 very grateful and happy ladies here at Arrow. We were lucky Im sure that he had the part we needed but the level of service from the time I made my initial call all the way to the final details. From beginning to the end amazing service! Mary the office manager put me to shame as a fellow office manager. I know the demands of being pulled in multiple directions she provided me EVERYTHING I need in no time at all! FAST, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AT A COMPETITIVE PRICE! I had Northside Air Conditioning replace a faulty thermostat with a new thermostat that I provided. Mary in the office was very helpful and pleasant and set up the service call for the same day that I called. In addition, Northside ACs price was also at least $100 less than a local competitor and they provided a 5% vertans discount. Terry, the Service Manager, was also accomodating and ensured that the invoice that I recieved provided the documentation necessary for any future warranty claims. Incidently, many Honeywell thermostats (e.g., models T-6 and T10) carry a 5-year warranty which allows for free local exchanges with a new thermostat of the same model during the warranty period.

My system has been a bit problematic. Northside has always promptly sent good techs to my home. Today, they sent their best…Benjamin! He listened to me describe the problem. He went upstairs, located the problem, came and told me that I was right and there was indeed an issue. He spent about 40 minutes and swapped out the damper motor. We’re back in business. He fixed it, no muss, no fuss. I’m new to the area and I feel like I have found my heating and AC company. Thank you!

This was the second time in a month that I had Jonathan from Northside at our house. I was happy to see him the second time because of the quick and excellent work he performed the first time. Texts are sent informing me who is coming and when they’ll arrive. He diagnosed the issue right away, gave me the quote, had the part in his truck. Ten minutes later my problem was fixed and we had cool air again. Whew! Northside was able to get him out there the same day I called… both times it was the capacitor, just on different condensers. They also replaced my entire main floor system almost 4 years ago (condenser, furnace & blower) and it was actually a very informative consultation where there was zero pressure - only excellent education on all of the components and what each price point would offer in performance and energy usage. Great people in the office as well when you make the first call. Excellent company all around in every department and with every interaction.

Best overall deal on two new heat pumps with good warranty and financing. I had one installed and then after I saw the improvement in my electric bill I had them come and replace the other heat pump. This company was recommended to me by an HVAC professional. Salesman gave a few different options and was not pushy. Good communication. Showed up on time. No issues with the installers. They came back to repair an old air duct. Everybody seemed very focused and hardworking.

As a result I have a contract on the home and expect a smooth closing. During the middle of a Friday night, one of our air conditioning units failed. First thing Saturday morning, we contacted Northside for help as they have been a long time service provider for our heating and air conditioning needs. Very soon after we called, we received a message from Jovan Gomez saying that he would be helping us. We were the first stop on his Saturday emergency calls, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, promptly fixed it and we were up and cooling. I am so appreciative of Northsides prompt service, ability to fix our issues quickly, and fairness in their charges. We trust their advice and so grateful that they are our HVAC service provider.

Sam made sure I understood what he would suggest I consider repairing and all the different ways that I could do this. William was very professional and listened patiently to my comments about the system... its likely it was an issue with the Nest thermostat. He never pushed us to buy any extra whistles or bells, just laid out our options.When the guys came out to install, they just did an awesome job. In the midst of the 100 degree heat wave, I cannot say enough great things about Northside Air and Jonathan M.I came home from work and found my inside unit was leaking. It was late and although Jonathan offered to come at 11pm, I opted for the next day. My system is 15 years old so I was sure I was about to be told a new unit would be needed. Nope! It was a clogged pipe and low Freon as well. It was fixed in about half an hour. Then, Jonathan stayed to be sure it was cooling and the thermostat was moving in the right direction. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely continue to use Northside for all repairs and when its really time for the replacement!

I received some quotes of over $5,500K, so I was very happy with the service, price, and efficiency. Michael repaired one of my many air conditioner units at my business today. I was quoted one price initially when Michael came out and identified the problem. When Michael was finished, he informed me my final bill would be $750 LESS than what he originally quoted me. Michael took the time to contact the manufacturer and find out the part that had gone bad was actually still under warranty. This is not the first time North Side Air has gone the extra mile to take care of me. A couple years ago I had another unit that went out and was out of warranty. It broke right after the warranty expired, and it was clearly a manufacturers defect. Jerry (one of the owners) got the manufacturer to cover the very expensive part. Jerry has been taking care of my HVAC needs fairly and honestly for years, even before he opened this company. Michael is the technician I request because he knows my equipment, he is courteous, and treats me honestly and fairly. Highly recommend these people.

First, I called another company, Choice Air Care, They sent a tech the following day and his diagnosis was to replace the control board on the condenser for $1,800 or replace the whole condenser for $3,800.Given that my units were about 5 years old, I decided to get 2nd opinion and called Northside Air Conditioning. The technician, Will, came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem which was a bad low voltage wire connection & corrected it. Repair bill came to $133.
