Ive been using this company for over a decade. They are always timely, professional , helpful, and reasonable. Unlike other companies, they care when your AC goes out and its 100 degrees outside. They have repaired issues for me that Home Warranty Company contractors refuse to fix, and do the little things that make us feel like a valued customer. Ill never call anyone else! I HIGHLY recommend North Tx Mechanical. I’ve been using them for almost 20 years now! They are consistent, reliable, dependable & reasonable. I recommend them to my family, friends & neighbors. My AC was broken & they had it fixed asap! I appreciate them so much.

I called them to get a part for my air conditioner and Madison went out of her way to help me. Over a period of a week she kept checking to find me the correct part for my unit running down every lead. Unfortunately, my part was no longer available and they couldn’t get it for me, but what impressed me most is how hard and long they tried to resolve my problem. You can bet I will be using this company in the future. Thank you Madison for all your effort.

Things never go wrong at the right time. And when you talk about A/C in a Texas summer, you want somebody you can rely on. That was my story today. We have been using N. Texas Mechanical for years.
