    Our AC went out and they were able to come out within the hour to service it. We ended up having to get a new system (ours was 14 years old) and they were able to install it the next day!!     I had a great experience working with North Texas HVAC. I figured it would take a few days for them to be able to replace my system but they were able to do it the next day after I accepted the quote. They were fast, professional, and checked in a few days after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied. I noticed a pipe dripping that hadn’t dripped previously and they came back and fixed it at no charge so they do truly stand by their work. I would highly recommend North Texas HVAC and will be using them for my servicing going forward!

    Austin was very knowledgeable and assessed the pros and cons of a short term fix of a blower unit $1,500) when our HVAC unit was 12 years old and had some rust on the coils and used older coolant options. We opted to replace the entire unit with slightly larger size (3 ton vs 2.5 ton) to account for rising summer temperatures.

    If I could give this company 10 stars I would. We ran into issues with our A/C units and we knew that it was about that time to replace them. We had gotten some quotes prior to reaching out to Brian at North Texas HVAC. Not only did he come by very quick, he also tried to see if he could repair our units instead of replacing them. Amazing and honest service. Unfortunately we had to get 2 new units as well as air handlers. The appointment for the replacement was set very fast, the workers came on time and were very friendly. They answered all the questions I had and finished the job in 1 day, while everybody else we spoke to told us it would take 2 days. After everything was done Brian stopped by to make sure everything was installed correctly and we were happy with everything. An amazing contractor and person to work with! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!! Thank you North Texas HVAC, we love our new units. No worries about a hot summer over here ;)

    North Texas HVAC is my go to for my home as well as for my commercial properties. Unfortunately in the last few months we have had issues at both. With respect to my home they got me in on a Monday morning after a Sunday SOS call. Diagnosed the issue and had us up and running within an hour. For my business, we purchased a building with numerous end of life AC units (just a part of the deal) North Texas HVAC has helped us navigate and trouble shoot several of these units including replacing a couple.     Tech replaced the outside unit fan motor that was replaced last July. It was working at the time he came out. It has been intermittently not working: would not turn on, make a noise then no cold air would come out of the ac vents. Has happened 6-7 times within the last month. He went ahead and replaced it under warranty. Was not sure if they would replace it because it was working at the time he came out. Did not want to have to pay over 1000 dollars if it went out completely when it got outside of the 1 year warranty. So I was extremely pleased they went ahead and replaced it. Great service and will absolutely use them again.

    I kept having the same issue with my AC now responding in the heat of the summer, I had tried to use my home warranty to send someone out to fix the issue....If any of you have a home warranty you know the qualty of work you generally receive! After multiple attempts I saw a neighbor share North Texas HVAC info on Nextdoor and reached out, Brian came over on a Saturday and dignosed the issue in a matter of minutes! He gave me a temporary fix until we could schedule a time to have the part replaced and I have been issue free since that day! They come highly recommended.

    Our AC went out Saturday night of the hottest weekend of the year. Brian was out before noon Sunday and tried his best to see if it could be repaired. I was given a $10000 quote because my equipment was worn out, and I called North Texas for a second opinion. The technician said the only problem was a loose connection to the heater, and fixed it.     I was out of town when I received news that my AC wasn’t working. I had used North Texas HVAC for my annual services and made a call to them again. Dylan was there quickly to check out my system and give me a call back. My system was over 20 years old and needed, at the very least several hundred dollars of repairs. I opted to go ahead and replace my entire system rather than continuing to fix the old one possibly. I have a renter in the house and didn’t want to inconvenience them as well. My new system was in quickly! North Texas HVAC has always been prompt and professional. I’ll recommend them to all my friends.
