Nortex Home Services provided outstanding maintenance service on our HVAC this morning. David let us know when he was on his way, and arrived on time. He clearly communicated what he would be doing and continued to keep us updated throughout his work. When he discovered a part that needed to be replaced he explained clearly why, and then asked if we’d like him to do that today (I appreciate being given the option). Thankfully he had the part on hand and it was a quick fix.Customer service was excellent.Great communication.Thorough work that went beyond expectation.Thanks for taking care of our home and getting us set up for winter!

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and David showed up on time.He was very knowledgeable, you could tell he has a lot of experience with HVAC systems and does very high quality work.He gave recommendations for things I may want to do but didnt try to sell unnecessary repairs.He also provided a rebate form for my local utility company and his pricing was extremely reasonable.I would highly recommend him.

Nortex Home services are what every HVAC company should be. They are the first call anytime I have an HVAC issue. Straightforward, honest, and treat their customers with integrity. I had a AC issues at my rental property on the second floor and David helped to find the problem and correct it. I now have happy tenants! Can’t recommend enough!!
