After the hurricane my AC wouldnt turn on. I was referred to Nexus Air from a family friend. I gave them a call and they were very patient with me during this rough time and very understanding. We set a date for them to come out and let me tell you, very punctual and very professional. I didnt feel like they were just trying to sell me something or take my money. The tech walked me through the system while also giving me recommendations. A simplecontactor replacement was the problem while I was thinking I needed a entire new system. Highly recommend NEXUS AIR!!!!

Nexus was very professional and helpful. I texted him in the morning about my AC blower motor going bad, and he showed up to my house within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and gave me a fair repair quote. He left to get the replacement motor and replaced it before lunch! He didnt even try to get me to replace anything like every other ac company has. He did point out something that might be a concern with the furnace but he said we could test it in the winter time if needed. Definitely recommend.

Nexus air is honest and very knowledgeable and prompt. I have had my AC go out many times in the past and repair guy would spend lots of time and then give me a big bill.Nexus air’s repair guy came in quickly and knew exactly what to do. 20 mins and we are enjoying cool air again for a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend their services and definitely will use them again.
