I highly recommend New Horizon for your AC needs. Nick is very knowledgeable in the Air conditioning business. I’m grateful for his help in maintaining my house stay cool during hot summer days. I highly recommend him!

We moved from Florida into our house in W Central Park about a month ago. Weve never had a gas furnace and needed to know some basics about how it works and what to look for. To boot, I could not find the systems return air filter. New Horizons tech (I believe his name was Miguel) was prompt and friendly on arrival. He asked about our needs for the visit, then recommended a preventative maintenance inspection of our system. The first thing he did was show me where the return filer is located, so he was definitely listening, then proceeded to to start his inspection. He was efficient and thorough, explaining everything he checked on each component. Then covered any question I could throw out. The level of detail and professionalism was well-worth the price. New Horizon has a great tech and I think is a solid choice for HVAC service.

New Horizon AC came through!! Our house has not been cooling for a few days now. I tried another company and they added freon and changed my thermostat thinking that would fix our problem and nothing. Horizon not only came the very same day I called, event though it be after hours and stayed until the problem was resolved. Within minutes of being here he knew exactly what the problem was, there was no guessing or wondering, he got right on it and didnt leave until the job was done which was 9pm. I am beyond thankful because we can once again sleep comfortable and cool at night. We have found our new AC company definitely using their services again in the future!

Great company to use when in need of great and quick AC services. Technicians are very knowledgeable about their work and explain everything in detail to you. They give you various options and dont try to rush you like bigger companies where youre just another dollar. During these covid times they follow CDC guidlines and wear protective gear for the safety of all. Their response time is awesomely swift, especially when youre in need of a rescue in this Texas heat! I highly recommend them
