David is the best AC tech in any City/State. He provides old school customer service. He has provided dependable service for my home and church for more than 15 years.Just wish his experience included electrician and plumbing as well. He just completed installing a new AC unit for my home. If youre looking for a reliable and trustworthy AC tech at a reasonable price. David is the person to contact.

100% recommend!!! We won’t use anyone else. We had several companies come out to try to figure out why our back bedrooms were always so much warmer (8-9 degrees) than the rest of the house. We paid two companies to “fix it” only it wasn’t fixed. Naylor came out, completed some test and did a thorough check and fixed the problem.

In any business communication is key and I give him full props for always keeping us informed through the process of diagnosing and follow through of the problem. The Texas summer is hard but living through a Texas summer with no A/C is harder! Our older unit went out and we were advised by a large local firm that our entire system needed to be replaced and we were looking at a $10K bill. Not in a position currently to handle that, a call to another local company, Naylor Services, found and much different story and outcome. A couple hundred dollars in replacement parts, less than an hour of service time, our system was back up and running. We were also advised by Naylor Services that our older unit was fine and some routine maintenance would see our older system last for many more years. Honest, reliable and professional, what more can be said about this company. Thank you for your service and keeping our family comfortable and well within our budget during the rough Texas summer!
