Let me tell you!!!! To find honest, INFORMATIVE, and experienced tech MARIO made it happen. Came out the first time to troubleshoot and explained my old system, quoted me a new one and made it happen fast. Price was fair and great! Surprised how fast the installation was made and the finished walk through was perfect.Well recommended company for any service and installation!!!

We are so thankful for everyone at Nanny’s AC & Heat! The first time we had issues with our AC was at the beginning of July and they came out same day around 9pm for an emergency call which we appreciated because we have 3 kids under the age of 3 and the house was extremely hot. Johnny was able to fix the issue that night and we went to bed to a cold house. Fast forward 20 days later (2 days ago from today) the AC went out and they came first thing in the morning to check it out and unfortunately our condenser needed to be replaced which was not a cheap fix BUT the best thing about this company is that they finance! The process for financing was very easy and took all of 5 minutes to complete the application. We were approved and they were able to get the job done same day! Mario, our tech, was both professional and kind. He was knowledgeable and, for someone who knows nothing about AC, he was able to explain everything perfectly and in a way that I actually understood.All in all, we had no issues with this company and we will be keeping them as our go to AC contact for future services like maintenance and anything else that might come up.10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Mario came out on time . Went into the Attic(over 115°) to do services on those 2 units, service the two units out side with a cleaning of the units ,and did a check of all the interior vents( for amonut of air flow), he is very professional and represents Nannys very well. Company made it paperless a plus,
