    We have used Mr Cool for years for the little things that come up when you have older units and they have always been super fair and weve always had great experiences with them.This time The Bad Thing happened and our 11 year old outside unit was toast and the inside unit was installed in 1996 so if we didnt replace it now it would be needed soon.We had them give us a quote on a whole system replacement and then, like the good little homeowners we are, also got quotes from 3 other companies just to make sure.Bottom line, I had some quotes as low as theirs and some quotes higher, but looking into the quotes that matched the price from other companies they looked like turn n burn people who focus on high volume but mid quality. The main one we were looking at had many more reviews but just within the last 4 weeks had numerous 1-star reviews.Given our history of good service and extremely fair interactions with Mr Cool over the years, the choice was obvious. We contacted them to confirm which option we wanted to pursue and were told they could install next day (!!!). Done.Install was today. The main guy that weve seen over the years is Hernan (hes the main dude over there apparently). He was here supervising the install, he addressed and fixed our concerns about the outside unit being level (no extra charge btw), and while he was here we paid him to do some maintenance on our other unit.Stellar service as always and Im confident we are doing business with the right company.Based on every interaction weve had with them over the years I am confident we made the right decision. Definitely recommend them.

    What an amazing experience. HVAC went down this morning and they got to my house within 2 hours and we are at the edge of their service area. Found the issue immediately and had it repaired in no time at all. They even fixed a whistling issue with one of our vents. Very fairly priced and their tech was super professional. 100% 5 stars and would highly recommend them.

    Weve used Mr. Cool HVAC for over 10 years for all of our heating and cooling issues. We trust Brian and his crew completely and are deeply grateful to have found them. I cannot recommend another HVAC contractor highly enough.

    Mr. Cool has been repairing my AC at my home and my business for 8+ years. He is the BEST HVAC person that I have found and can fix issues correctly on the first visit. At my house and at my business, the contractors that built the locations could not fix their problems and I hired Mr. Cool to come and he had recommendations that solved the problems on the first try.Now understand that both places were under warranty, but the contractors were so terrible that I paid out of pocket to have him come.

    Brian and his team are incredible to work with. They replaced our entire HVAC system, encouraged us to install a mini-split (the house is much more comfortable in terms of temp. and humidity, and our utility bills have dropped noticeably), and handled all the rebate forms, warranties, etc. And, Brian is a great guy! Hes honest, fair, and easy to work with, and the folks who work for him are total pros. The install job was done absolutely beautifully, and at a price that was way better than the prices wed been quoted by bigger companies. This is a company that does business right. They dont just treat you like a customer, they treat you like a friend. Nowadays thats really rare. Great folks, great company!

    Let me start by saying, its rare for me to encounter services in Austin that warrant any review - that being said, Brian and his team do amazing work. They are quick, courteous and very competitive with pricing. They squeezed me in for a quote after tons of hassle with one of the big AC companies. After a deal was agreed to, he ensured all was done correctly and that I was happy in the end. I cant thank these guys enough, I would recommend them to anyone needing top notch installation work!

    Mr. Cool (Brian) serviced my home and several of my rental homes. He installed a complete new HVAC system at one of the houses.Brian is competent and friendly. And the prices are fair.Recently, I got a call from a tenant at 10:30 AM on a hot Saturday, August morning. The A/C wasnt working and it was going to be over 100F. The tenant was panicking and I thought it would take several days just to get a repairman out, much less fix the problem.Happy ending: I called Brian and he fixed the unit the same day. Smiles all around.

    I gotta say that I cannot recommend Mr. Cool HVAC enough. I used them for a full system replacement and they did a phenomenal job. Their pricing was competitive and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I had a couple special requests for my install and they were happy to work with me on it. They really stand by their quality work and addressed any questions/concerns I had.

    This is the second time Ive called Mr Cool to fix my HVAC units. Hernan came out the day I called and fixed my unit quickly. He is very professional and friendly. Always answers my questions and lets me know exactly what is wrong and what he is fixing. I trust Brian and Hernan totally. They do great work for a great price! I recommend them for anyone looking for honest, personable and knowledgable technicians!

    Called brian today intending to have a repair person come out and instead he took the time to troubleshoot with me on the phone and even facetimed with me so he could see my thermostat. with his advice, the problem was fixed without even having to pay for someone to come out for an evaluation.im totally blown away by his integrity and he definitely won a future customer if and when i have other issues
