    Dustin and Trenton came out yesterday almost immediately to help with a heater issue when it was 15 degrees outside and 57 degrees inside.     Today, technician Trenton Purcell came to my house to help me with my Mitsubishi mini-split. He took the time to educate me on what I was experiencing with it and patiently worked to problem solve the issue. He took the time to do some adjusting, cleaning and maintenance.     The guys where very thorough, explained everything and took time to inspect and design for my specific needs, we always got a courtesy cost prior to their arrival so we knew who and when to expect service. Although there were a few hiccups William and his team were quick to return and remedy any issues regardless the concern with humble and willingness to correct. Are unit is working and the home feels comfortable now. Very friendly and professional, my family felt very at ease anytime they were at the home.

    These guys are amazing! We had to have our HVAC system replaced and they did some excellent work. There was a little hiccup on the install that caused some damage to our ceiling, but they corrected the issue.     Just when the first winter freeze hit, our heater stopped working. Called the original installer and they couldn’t come out for a couple days. Tanya at Mr Air Repair had a guy out the next day.Shout out to Dustin who diagnosed 2 issues with our system and went out of his way to get us operational ASAP. Mr Air Repair has definitely earned our future business.

    I found Mr. Air Repair on Facebook and inquired on a Thursday. Tonya reached out to me to introduce herself and to make sure my system was operational. I was extremely busy and did not respond. She reached out again on Friday morning and asked if system was just getting old and I explained I had an evaporator coil leak. She asked if I would like to schedule a technician to come out. I agreed and she asked if today would be good. TODAY folks; on a FRIDAY. Wow! This was at 11:34 a.m. She got some information from me and said a technician would be out before 3:00. At 12:00 I received a message that Trenton would be on his way.Trenton came out and we discussed my situation and what I knew. He did some diagnostics, explained issue and pricing and what his company offers. Let me tell you, this is the most direct, kind, compassionate, transparent technician I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He didnt act rushed when I hesitated, he wasnt arbitrary when I told him I needed to look at some things and shop....nothing. That alone earned him my business on the spot at 2:20 p.m.Trenton said they would return in the morning, SATURDAY. Again, WOW! Sure enough Trenton showed up with the install team at 8:00 a.m. to install the system. Trenton had to leave to take care of some other service calls while the install team did their job.He said he would stop back by to QC everything later in the afternoon when he was completed with his other calls and get payment. He got tied up really late and this guy goes ahead and comes by at 8:30 p.m. to check on the system and make sure everything is good.He arrived and after some time found an issue. Trenton calls another tech to bring him a part that he needed....not I apologize, but I dont have that part on my truck and will need to return on Monday. All of this on a late Saturday evening because he cared and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Yes, it may be policy, I dont know, but the fact that this guy was still the same kind, compassionate guy he had been every time I saw him was amazing. He wasnt disgruntled or complaining or any of those things most techs would be doing.Needless to say, Trenton did a fabulous job. Trenton is a tremendous asset to his employer and they are lucky to have him. Trenton, on his own, earned my business and will keep it. I was so impressed with this young man and wish more of his generation were like him and had the work ethic and attitude he has. GREAT JOB, TRENTON AND THANK YOU FOR THE PLEASURE OF MEETING YOU.Also, thank you to the team and the technician that brought him the part he needed at such a late hour. I might add that my house was freezing when I woke up! Woohoo!!!!

    I’m so excited about my new A/C after two years with window units!! While I can not say it’s cheap lol, it was well worth the money!! This company was the first one of many to actually give me more then one option. Dustin was the person that came out and spoke with me about everything.     Technician William Phillips came to check out my air conditioning unit today. Unfortunately it had died a sad and untimely death.     Great family owned business! We were fortunate to meet William on a home warranty call, and he took care of our claim and provided excellent customer service on top of it. We now have Mr. Air Repair out a couple times a year for regular maintenance of the system. In 3 days we had a new furnace, a new inside coil and professional and prompt installation.     Found company on Thumbtack app, they responded within 10 minutes to my message. I was able to get same day service and a 3 hour window I could expect my technician to arrive. I received a call 45 minutes before the technician would arrive. The technician showed up on time and took a look at our A/C system which wasnt working. He diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running quickly.I suggest checking out their membership program which includes discounts on service and maintenance checks to prolong the life of your equipment.Im glad that I found Mr. Air Repair on Thumbtack.     Mr. Air Repair is the best vendor for all your ductwork and HVAC needs.I had another vendor that was recommended but the quote just didnt sit well with us. So, on a random Wednesday, I posted the project on Angis at about 5pm or 6pm. I received a call from William, the owner at about 8pm and he said they could come the next day to review and provide a proper quote. He is a man of his word, was here on time, him and his assistant Trenton,. No one else called that evening. His quote was over $1800 LESS than the other guy. What others are charging you extra for, it is included in the EXCELLENT SERVICE that Mr. Air Repair provides. And, he said that they could start that Friday and the job would take 2 days and they would arrive at 9am. Started on time each day and finished on time and on budget. Trenton was great to work with and we enjoyed how both William and Trenton took time to explain the process and the what and why of what they were doing. They are a family business that takes care of your family and not trying to overcharge you for what you do not need. Call Mr. Air Repair for your next project, you will NOT be disappointed.

    Our heat went out two days before Thanksgiving. I talked to Mr. Air that morning, and the owner William and his brother Trenton came out within hours to look at the unit. They outlined all our options for repair and replacement, and we decided to replace since the unit was 19 years old. To our surprise, their crew showed up the next day at 8:00 am, worked all day and had the new unit up and running in hours, finished in time for Thanksgiving!     Mr Air Repair is as honest as they come. I have used them 2ce and each time I have been left completely satisfied. This is the 2nd time I have ever left a review for a technician (irrespective of the service provided) which says a lot about how I feel. What I love about them is their sincerity and their responsiveness. I had my HVAC pipes unclogged and called them 2ce cos it kept leaking. Each time they responded within 24 hours and refixed the issue. After the 2nd time, they rediagnosed and realized the error was mine as I had removed the cap from the pipe which created some pressure and led fresh blockage. They explained this to me calmly and no complaints for their time that I had consistently wasted.They also come relatively cheaper than other HVAC companies I contacted. I strongly recommend them!

    Im thankful to have found Will and Mr. Air Repair and have had them out several times for some issues with my aging HVAC. Theyre responsive, local to the area, willing to explain the why behind what theyre needing to do and what theyre going to do, and will tell you what is a must vs what is a should. They fixed up my unit and kept me within budget at the same time.

    We have used them a few times since we were referred, most recently for an attic seal and insulation replaced. They showed up on time, spent the entire day completing the job, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. They are reliable, punctual, and professional.
