    Juan listened to my concerns, what the issues were with our heating unit and then started his diagnosis. He talked me through where he would like to start. He repaired our heating issues that had gone on for about 2 years. I will definitely use Moss again if needed.

    Outstanding service! I have a new warranty and the builder sent Moss to fix issues that the another company left behind. Miguel was super professional. Had notes from the builder and took down my concerns as well. Each item was carefully checked and resolved. This included installing a return vent in a very complex shaped attic. My home office already feels so much better with this vent installed. I didnt even think this could be done after the fact. Im beyond impressed and super happy with Moss!

    Josh F, the service tech who came to check out why our (admittedly old! ) system wasnā€™t cooling, was both friendly and professional. Showed me the leak on video, talked through the repair options and estimates, and set us up with an appointment with a ā€œcomfort advisorā€ (sales tech) so that we could explore full replacement options as well. Plus the company did a good job keeping us informed of scheduling via text.

    Excellent service from John coming out and explaining what I needed. Immediate quotes, no pressure or upselling just all around honest. Angel did an amazing job with the installation.     The receptionist was friendly when I called, and Marco was awesome when he came to diagnose and resolve my ACā€™s problem. Follow up: Tanner came to provide the winter tune up for the heat. He identified some things that needed attention and delivered awesome customer service and communication. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative.

    Very professional & educational. Didnā€™t try to use a high pressure sales pitch or sell me the most expensive unit they offer. Very impressed.Now that the installation has been done, canā€™t say enough about Miguel & his helper. They arrived and immediately got to work. These two must have worked together before because it was as if one knew exactly try what each other were doing. Took quite a bit less time than expectedā€¦but very professionally done. These guys know their stuff.

    Marco Garcia an Extraordinary Tect came out to inspect my air conditioners. He was on time. He made sure that I had my dog in the house before he opened the gate. He will covers over his shoes to make sure he didnā€™t soil my carpet. He took complete pictures of everything he did, he was very courteous .

    From my first call to Natalie to the final hand shake with Koby, everyone seems dialed in on customer experience, which is largely missing from home service companies in my experience.My tech was skilled and time efficient, and was even transparent about things that would save me money moving forward.     As a caterer when I decided to expand my business and build a commercial kitchen, I must say I didnt know exaclty what I was in for. We interviewed with a number of plumbers, however from the moment I met with Roby and Adam I knew they would be a great fit for our project because they were extremely knowledgeable.From our first meeting Roby clearly understood what we needed. He gave us useful tips and insight on what we needed in order to pass inspections and to get our building up to city code. He helped me expand on my ideas to make them more mechanically sound.I have been working with Roby for a bit over a month now and our project is wrapping up. He did some very detailed and intricate work for us and we are appreciative. He remodeled and repiped our sewer system, installed a Grease Trap and Sample Well, did some gas modification, created a floor drain for our kitchen and for our mop sink. He installed our three compartment sink and hand sink, as well as a mop sink. All of his work was inspected by the city and passed.Roby is awesome and kind! He went above and beyond for us on several different occasions. Moss Mechanical has really been able to cultivate a great team and as a business owner it is impressive and inspirational to see a company with such integrity and dedication to its customers.Lastly, Even the office staff is phenomenal. Thank you Fred for all of your help!

    One of our AC units stopped working and Moss kept working hard for a few days to get the problem solved. Parker even came to the house at 9pm on a Saturday night to continue working on it. He was extremely professional, and talked me through everything along the way. Even though the problem was pesky and not an easy fix, Parker was very transparent and responsive during the whole process. Thankfully they got it fixed and I felt the repairs were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend themā€¦ā€¦.great customer service!!

    I had the pleasure of having Adam and Oscar visit my home for a plumbing leak. I was lucky enough to have them come the same day to diagnose and fix the problem. They were very methodical in their approach of locating and resolving the leak in my home. Once the leak was located and a plan of action was determined the job was taken care of swiftly and effectively. I had some questions about the billing and was provided great customer service after the job was complete. I left the conversation with John well informed and aware of the situation.     If I could give more stars, I would! I recently had my AC serviced by these guys, and let me tell you, they were cooler than the other side of the pillow. My technician showed up on time and diagnosed the issue faster than I can say ā€œfreon,ā€ and fixed it so efficiently that my AC is now blowing cooler than a polar bearā€™s breath.If you need an AC Company, Moss Heating and Cooling is the go to, these are your people.     Great customer service experience and value!Adam and everyone with Moss Mechanical Iā€™ve spoken with on the phone have been extremely professional and prompt to respond. Ultimately, Adam and his apprentice handled the partial sewer line replacement in front of our house in a professional manner.I found Moss Mechanical on one of those Home Advisor-like websites and they responded promptly. Adam came out the same day to investigate the situation and give me a quote. He confirmed what I thought needed to be done and quoted me an unmatchable price compared to the 3 other quotes I obtained.Adam was soft spoken, straightforward and kept the experience simple. He did not attempt any high pressure sales or scare tactics. One of the other services I previously obtained a quote from tried that method, but I do my research and Iā€™m frugal. Adamā€™s promptness, professionalism, honesty, and great price are why I decided to give them a try.They contacted me immediately to schedule the repair, which was a week or two out because of my schedule. When they arrived, they dug it up, replaced all the necessary components, and had it inspected within a day or two, which went smooth and the inspector signed-off on immediately. Adam and his apprentice even wrapped the water lines with insulation as the inspector suggested but did not require. Bonus points in my book, especially after that last Texas freeze. They were great and easy to deal with.If youā€™ve read this far down youā€™re probably like meā€¦ one of those guys that actually reads the reviews and looks for the negative points before I have work done.On that note, I recommend Moss Mechanical and will be using them again, hopefully no time soon šŸ˜¬šŸ‘šŸ¼šŸ‘šŸ¼

    My customer experience today with Koby Ratliff was a standard by which others should be measured. In addition to being courteous, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, apologetic and personable, the overall experience left me feeling valued and that the company puts customer satisfaction as a top priority. Because Koby had the ability to sense my distress, he thoroughly explain and use pictures to show me the magnitude of the problems with my HVAC system. Koby took the time to explain why he was recommending various options for me to consider. The HVAC issues are numerous, not yet resolved, and will be costly. Yet Koby left me feeling confident I will receive a high quality resolution at a fair and competitive price. Today I had an EXCEPTIONAL customer experience.

Koby fixed things I didnt know needed to be fixed on my units and cleaned up my compressors and got us ready for a long hot summer, knowing well be cool and comfortable! He also offered tips that would extend the life of our units.Koby worked on two of our rental properties and got those systems working properly, as well.Natalie and Amy, in the office, were also great.     As a homeowner, you are not generally looking forward to dealing with contractors being in your home.     Mr Rocha arrived on time and put the new heating unit into the system. He then checked out everything and made sure that everything was okay with the rest of the unit. He always kept me informed and was a very nice person as well as an excellent technician. He did the job and did it very well.

    Adam came out right on time, and spent an hour with me hearing my concerns about the house we just bought. He thoughtfully came up with a priority list, and then calculated the estimate in front of me. He was even patient and friendly with our cat who kept interrupting to see what was being inspected!
