    Dave is very professional, always on time and most importantly, incredibly ethical. He takes care of what is required and does so quickly. He has been performing twice a year maintenance checks in our system for 3 years now. We are very happy with his services and response time and can easily recommend his services.

    Update 7/10/2022: it’s 104 outside and our AC died. I texted David Morris and he immediately responded back to me with trouble shooting ideas. Via text we were quickly able to determine the issue was a clogged drain line. David talked me through the steps and my AC was back on in 15 minutes. David could have charged me for a service call but he was honest and beyond willing to help me fix the project on my own. I wish more businesses operated with the same integrity. I can’t recommend David Morris enough, he is a standup business owner who has done right by me many times over the years.Morris Heating & Air did an exceptional job for your us. When our unit went out David was onsite at our home within an hour and provided knowledgeable insight on helping us select our replacement unit. The Morris Heating & Air installation team was professional and courteous and arrived when they said they would be there. I was extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and total cost of the service that was provided. Highly recommend.

    I’ve been using Dave Morris for all of my AC needs for years. He treats his customers right, does quality work and upholds his warranties. Recently the blower motor went out on my AC and it’s on the edge of the warranty period. Dave fought it out with the AC supplier and got them to honor their warranty. It’s nice to have him on my side.

    Updating this review since my original was 6 years ago. It’s 2023, and both our units finally went out. Dave offered us the choice to repair or replace and both options were more than reasonable. We chose for the repair and couldn’t be happier. Thank you again Dave!2018Our AC went out and although I traced the problem to the transformer, I could not get a transformer or someone to help over the weekend- until I called Dave Morris. Dave traced the cause of the short and replaced the transformer at a reasonable cost - especially for being a busy/freezing weekend. Thanks Dave!

    Our air went out and we did everything to try and fix even called around to places that charged an outrageous amount! When we called, the man was polite and friendly and very knowledgeable of our problem he walked my husband through it step by step and we had our air back on in no time! He even offered to come out and do the work for us if we couldn’t figure it out and gave us a very affordable price! Would recommend them to everyone! Great job!

    So last night our AC went out and we called an Austin 24 hour company that never showed. This morning, we got online and found Morris Heating & Air. I called at 7 am and Dave answered the phone and was at our home by 9 am. He worked all day, driving to Austin to get the parts, and guaranteed me that we would have our AC fixed today. I know that attic must have been well over 150 degrees as its 95 outside and 85 in the house but he just kept working. Im very pleased with his professionalism and that he got our AC working. Remember to support Georgetown business and if you need a prompt and dedication HVAC person, call Dave Morris.

    Called on Morris Heating & Air on an uncommon mid October cold snap, our heater would NOT ignite. Our home was at a consistent 62 degree, chilly! I couldnt stand another night of a heater blanket and the fear of a house fire from our space heater.Mr. Morris arrived within 45 minutes of calling at 6pm! He charged us a fair and reasonable rate and gave us a 7 day if problems pop up guarantee no fee.Cannot thank Mr. Morris enough and our home is nice a warm. Shop local, we have wonderful professionals in Georgetown that are eager to keep us comfortable!

    I cant tell you how grateful I was to have Dave Morris come out and fix my AC. He was fair and extremely reasonable. You should call him if you want good service at a great price.....or you can call ARS and have them charge you the GDP of a small sovereign state to help you out.

    Very impressed with the response and service tonight. Its was 9pm Sunday night on Mothers Day and the owner of Morris came out to fix our a/c. We now have cold air again and would highly recommend Morris. They will be our first call if we need anything in the future.

    9/6/19 service. Called at 8:30AM, booked for 4:30pm same day. He showed up after spending all day in 100+ degree weather looking professional and courteous. Exactly what you expect from Georgetown, TX service providers. He diagnosed the issue with a clogged air handler drain in about 6 minutes, and was done in 30. Explained the 3 points of clogging that he cleared including cutting PVC out (to clear the pipe going to the drip pan), and replacing it. Very well done!

    AC went out overnight. Called at 5:30am and he was able to work me in that day. He came and offered a cheap solution to the problem and got the AC working in no time. Very friendly and professional. I also had a furnace go out in the middle of the winter on a weekend and he fixed it that day. Customer for life.

    Called at 12:40 on a Saturday thinking I was just going to have to leave a voicemail and deal with it on a Monday. I did have to leave a voicemail, but was immediately called back a few minutes later. They got a technician out and fixed my a/c by 1:40! Awesome customer service.
