    I called Moore based on the reviews here and Im glad I did. After having bad luck last year with two other companies who had inexperienced techs. Dub was a breath of fresh air. He clearly explained what it was going to cost to repair my outside unit. Since it was an older unit and out of warranty. I asked him what the cost would be just to replace it. He quoted me a fair price and did not pressure me at all. After all the issues I had last winter. I went ahead and decided to just replace it. So I called a day later to get it scheduled and they were able to come out the next day and install it. Needless to say I now have working air/heat and will be recommending them to everyone. So thank you to all the other reviewers for the recommendation. And thank you Moore Air and Heat for the great service.

    When our AC went out in the summer of 2019, and our home warranty drug the process out over a month period, we gave Dub a call. Not only was he very upfront and helpful, but got the Job done quickly, and reasonably priced. If we ever have any issues with our AC in the future he surely has our business! NOTE: since he installed our unit, we have not had one issue

    Dub and his guys did a great job getting out to our house and checking out our problem. Dub laid out various possibilities for repair or replacement allowing us to make a decision and not high pressure in us to do anything. Dub did a quality job for a great price and added extras for no extra cost. Even after installation he is just a phone call away to answer any questions. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

    Dub has saved me from the Texas heat twice now. He was very quick to respond both times. He was very professional and very reasonably priced. I referred him to my neighbor and as I expected, he did a great job! I will absolutely continue to use him in the future!

    We had just moved into our home when we were experiencing a leak from our AC condensation line, and the man who came out was so helpful and kind to me, as I had no idea what exactly was going on. He broke it down for me and explained to me what was going on, which gave me reassurance that he knew exactly what he was doing. He did an excellent job and got our problem fixed in a very short amount of time. The price was great, and he was flexible on a time of arrival and worked with me on that. Overall, excellent service and will be using them again if needed! Thank you again!!

    I have been using Dub Moore at Moore Air and Heat for at least the past 3 years. I have 6 rental homes and have used him for repairs and for replacing units that are old. He is extremely professional, and all of my tenants love him. Often the repair turns out to be an inexpensive item, and I trust him not to recommend things that dont need to be done. I cant say enough good things about this company!

    First time to replace a unit. Dub walked through the repairs that needed done on my old unit vs a new unit with different options and didn’t push either way. I went with a new unit- he was honest on his quote and installed the new one in a few days. Great service and response.

    An honest and quality service provider is hard to find, but that is exactly what I found with Moore Air & Heat. I live in Richardson but have four rent houses in Burleson and Alvarado. I needed an AC guy, and Moore was recommended to me by my realtor. Moore has helped me on three of the four rentals. Fortunately, each service required only minor repairs, but that further convinced me that Moore is providing an honest diagnosis and not trying sell new systems. Moore is also consistently timely in their service; the most significant example is when I had a tenant with health issues and no air conditioning in the middle of August. The tenant contacted me at 5:15 PM on Saturday; I contacted Moore at 5:20 PM; and Moore was at the house to fix the air conditioner on Sunday. I feel like Moore gives me the same quality service, timeliness, and reasonable prices that they would give a friend. Moore is my go-to AC guy in in Burleson and vicinity.

    I recently had my AC system upgraded and Moore Air & Heat was amazing. They scheduled me fast, came and did their work fast, and now I can finally cool my house down to 70 degrees!     Dub came out last summer when it was HOT, and spent several hours trying to repair my A/C unit. It took some time to diagnose the problem because it wasnt behaving properly. As it turned out, what I thought was the problem wasnt the problem at all, but when he sorted it out he had us up and running in short order. I highly recommend Moore Air and Heat!

    Very responsive. Fixed our AC unit quickly. Will continue to do business. Honest and reasonable rate.Repaired our AC when other company said they couldn’t fix and wanted to sale us a new one. That was over two years ago.

    In the last 35 years I have had to call on A/C repair like anyone else in Texas. Some have been okay for the most part, and some not so much. I am not an A/C person so I have to trust someone else to diagnose and repair. My current A/C system has been fixed by a couple of experts over the last 2 summers without a satisfactory fix. With the weather warming up and a beautiful wife going thru the change I was desperate. I called Dub Moore to please take a look. He was out here within a few hours, diagnosed the issue (completely different than the others BTW). He let me know exactly what the issue was, in my language, and what it would take to fix it. He stayed connected with me to be sure my wife hadnt kicked me to the curb. He came back out the next day and replaced the coil. We fired it up and I left it on 50 for a couple of hours. My hell turned to heaven. The wife came home from work and with a big kiss she let me unpack. Point being...save your sanity, save your money, and save your marriage....Call on Dub Moore for your A/C needs. I know I will from now on! Thank You Dub!

    My a/c was not working and with a large family like mine we were on the verge of packing up and heading to a hotel. I called Moore Air and Heat to schedule them to come out and he came right over and even had it up and running the SAME DAY. No cool hotel needed.Dub is the PERFECT example of the true meaning of Customer Service! I will not only continue to do business with them but I will highly recommend Moore Air and Heat to ANYONE in need of HVAC work.

    I recieved several quotes from very reputible contractors, Moore A & C was among the lowest, They came in had our new system done in one day, We had a design issue with the original unit and Moore A& C re-designed and repaired that issue at NO COST, (Added an aditional return air) Our new system has now worked flawlessly, working better than the original and costs much less to operate over the last 2 years.John Gerhart
