    One of my AC units went out, no heat, they ordered the part, next day it was fixed. And thank goodness as the temperature dropped drastically. But they kept us warm. Excellent service. And reasonably priced service.

    I reached out to Moon’s about a new 4-ton unit for our house after getting a quote from a competitor. Moon’s pricing was several thousand dollars better, and they walked me through the pros and cons of the different options for SEER, heat system, etc. They were able to schedule and complete installation quickly and came back a couple of days later to adjust air flow to make sure the system was heating evenly in different parts of the house. I’d recommend them 100%.

    They arrived on time and did a great job cleaning and inspection the units. Very professional. I had one unit that wouldnt come on and another technician came and completed it and got it started , this was all in the same day. Everybody was so very nice and professional.     MOON’S AIR is the BEST!!!! I have a Service Contract and when they come out they are always on time. Very thorough. They always explain to me what needs to be done to keep my ac and heating unit, inside and outside, running good. I highly recommend having a service contract. There are a lot of benefits that come with it.The guys that come out are very nice, very knowledgeable, and are always on time.

    I called Moons today to inquire on a blind service quote/ try to get some advice. My call was answered courteously, and then my questions were given to the owner who gave time and consideration before calling me back to give me sound advice. It was refreshing to have someone give me a quote and talk me through what they would do/ what would be best for my situation.

    We have used Moon’s for many years! The owner, Billy Lusby really takes care of his customers!!!! We recently had our tune up and had a great service technician, Wayne! He was very knowledgeable, professional and hard worker! Lorinda also does a great job for Moon’s ! She deals with all the customers setting up appointments, reminders, etc. She is so nice and friendly!

    I just want to update my review. My family and myself have had a contract with Moons Air for several years. They came out just this week, and there was a problem with my system not putting out warm air. The technicians (Aaron, Daniel, Jaycob) diagnosed the problem and subsequently fixed it.I highly recommend Moons Air, and I also believe that the semi-annual maintenence saves a good deal of money, especially with regards to helping your current HVAC system last for a long time.

    Moons Air was phenomenal to work with. They were very knowledgeable and gave us different estimates to look over. Once we decided which route we wanted to take they came out within a week to complete the work. We didnt have any A/C so we appreciated the quick turnaround more than they know. Every employee we came in contact with was extremely friendly, respectful, and pleasant to be around. I would definitely recommend Moons Air!

    I had them do an upgrade from 4 ton central air unit to 5 ton,Everything except the ducts, including new Wifi thermostat.Altho They were not the lowest estimate,They have the best warranty in town,10 year parts/3 years labor.The 2 guys who worked my job were happy professional workers,They blasted thru it like they had done it a million times.They would have completed the entire upgrade in 4-5 hours,Except I had to do repairs between demo and install.I hope the warranty goes as well as the install,Im happy with everything so far and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

    Moon’s Air was the AC team selected by the builder. They knew the nuts and bolts of the house so I tested their knowledge and customer service. Five years later we are still on their twice a year maintenance plan. Billy remains committed to service after install and Lorenda (sp?) in the office is amazing. Guys in the field are communicative and timely.

    Very couteous and were able to service my heating unit the next day after receiving my call. The problem was diagnosed quickly and the part needed was ordered promptly. The part was received quickly and the heating unit was fixed in just a few days after my initial call. This was during the Christmas holidays!!

    UPDATED 09/23/2023 These folks came out this past week to do a 6-month maintenance check that was included with my installation contract from back in March of this year. The guys did THE most thorough checkup of a heating/cooling than I have seen in all my 60+ years of life. So they are still 5/5 stars to me :)It is rare for me to be satisfied with a company in every aspect of my dealings with them, but I confidently give Moons Air a 5/5 rating. It was a bit of an ordeal working with me I am sure due to the fact that I had a couple of maybe-not-common things I needed them to work into my new A/C system installation. It was not just a cut-and-dry give me an estimate then immediately come out to perform the work. From start to finish, each and every person I dealt with at Moons Air had a good attitude AND a good sense of humor, which is of the utmost importance when dealing with me! They were all professional and seemed well-versed in the various positions they hold within the company. Jason came out promptly took a look at what we were working with, gave me a solid estimate, and answered all emails and phone calls in very quick fashion. Preston and Tyler came to do the installation once everything I wanted was finally in place. They were so much fun to have in my home...again, I need folks with a sense of humor! They were calm and methodical, answered questions I didnt know I had, and just did an all-around great job. I also met Mr. Billy once...the overall good attitude and work ethic obviously starts from the top down. After the installation, a wonderful lady (I am SO sorry that I cannot recall her name...old age has brought to me a memory that is not great) to follow up to make sure I was satisfied and to let me know how to manage my warranty registration and such. I am relieved to know that in the future I have these reliable folks to call on for any HVAC issues I might have, instead of just calling around randomly (I am relatively new to the area) in hopes of finding someone reputable and reliable. Give them a chance to EARN your business!

    Phenomenal, HONEST locally owned and operated business. Highly recommend! We called Moon’s for a quote on a new system after another local firm, who we had a service contract with, tried to tell us one of our home’s A/C systems needed to be replaced and showed me 4 quotes that were all very expensive. I’d had second AC company out who gave us a much better quote, but Jason from Moon’s Air was the only person of the three who actually looked closely at our current equipment and pointed out that we should have the condenser unit was in need of a “clean out,” and that this was a necessary step to do before deciding if a replacement system would be necessary. Sad in this day and era that it’s so hard to find honest people. But there it is.. you can trust Moon’s! Based on this experience, I’d highly recommend working with them over any of the giant chains that are taking over the local air conditioning market.

Aaron gave us an honest professional recommendation. The sales person, Jason, was extremely professional and experienced, explaining all of the options. Billy, the owner, came out personally to get the installers going and introduced himself. I could not be more pleased with the results.     Always courteous and always willing to help out as soon as possible with a/c problems. My a/c quit late one Friday afternoon just as out of town guests arrived for the weekend. Panicked in the triple digit heat, I called Moon’s. Mr Lusby himself came out immediately and had the unit running in no time at all. A real lifesaver! Good people!

    We had our system cleaned including ductwork and vents and evaporator coils last Thursday. There’s a new noise coming from the system now that sounds like a clinking of metal every time the AC turns on. My husband and I both called requesting someone take a look and correct whatever the issue is, and they said they would get someone out here by Wednesday or Thursday. I’ll finish my review after the problem is resolved.They came out and resolved the problem, yay! It was our return air filter making the noise. Jason adjusted it and the noise stopped. He most certainly went above and beyond our expectations. They were very gracious and patient with us. Thank you guys 🤩
